การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและความอ่อนไหวของธุรกิจร้านกาแฟสีเขียวที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับโครงการลงทุน ศึกษาต้นทุนและความอ่อนไหวของโครงการลงทุนในธุรกิจร้านกาแฟสีเขียวทีเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจร้านกาแฟด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 19 คน เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์นำมาจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเกี่ยวกับต้นทุนหรือค่าใช้จ่าย และรายรับของกิจการ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการใน 2 กรณี คือ เมื่อต้นทุนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่รายได้คงที่ และเมื่อรายได้ลดลงร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่ต้นทุนคงที่

               ผลของการวิจัยพบว่าโครงสร้างการลงทุนเริ่มแรกใช้เงินลงทุนจำนวน 3,595,000 บาท ต้นทุนขายในปีแรก จำนวน 1,967,440 บาท รายได้ของโครงการในปีแรก จำนวน 3,618,000 บาท และการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการกรณีต้นทุนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่รายได้คงที่พบว่าได้ค่าเป็นบวก จำนวน 5,488,409.36 บาท ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าควรลงทุนในโครงการ เนื่องจากกระแสเงินสดสุทธิที่ได้รับจากโครงการมีค่ามากกว่าเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรก ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับโครงการ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเท่ากับ 3 ปี 5 เดือนและกรณีรายได้ลดลงร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่ต้นทุนคงที่พบว่าได้ค่าเป็นบวก จำนวน 5,571,035.28 บาท ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าควรลงทุนในโครงการ เนื่องจากกระแสเงินสดสุทธิที่ได้รับจากโครงการมีค่ามากกว่าเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรก ดังนั้น จึงยอมรับโครงการ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเท่ากับ 3 ปี 6 เดือน

          The objectives of this study were to study general information of the investment project, to study cost and sensibility analysis of the green eco-friendly coffee business investment. By collecting data from the coffee shop business entrepreneurs by in-depth interviews with 19 informants. Bring data from interviews, make financial reports on costs or expenses and revenue of the business include a sensitivity analysis of the project in 2 various cases: the case costs increase by 5% while income constant and the case income decrease by 5% while costs constant.
