ความผูกพันต่อองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของสถานศึกษา
2) ศึกษาระดับสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา และ 3) วิเคราะห์ความผูกพันต่อองค์การซึ่งเป็นปัจจัย
ที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 จำนวน 277 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย มีค่าความตรงด้านเนื้อหา ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 1 ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ เท่ากับ 0.95 และตอนที่ 2 สุขภาพองค์การเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความผูกพันต่อองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประกอบด้วยความทุ่มเทเพื่อองค์การ ความภาคภูมิใจในการทำงาน และความต้องการความสำเร็จ


2. สุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงาน การมุ่งเน้นวิชาการ บูรณภาพของสถาบัน ภาวะผู้นำแบบมิตรสัมพันธ์ การสนับสนุนทรัพยากร และภาวะผู้นำแบบกิจสัมพันธ์

          3.       ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ ประกอบด้วย ความภาคภูมิใจในการทำงาน(X₁) ความต้องการความสำเร็จ(X₃) และความทุ่มเทเพื่อองค์การ (X₂) เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 (Y_tot) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 67.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

          The research aimed to: 1) study level of organizational commitment of educational institutions; 2) study level of organizational health of educational institutions; and 3) analyze organizational commitment affecting organizational health of educational institutions under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The samples were 277 school administrators and teachers at educational institutions under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by district. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher with the content validity between 0.67-1.00, and the values of The Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of Part 1: organizational commitment equal to 0.95, and Part 2: organizational health equal to 0.98. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression.

  The findings of this research were as follows:

  1) Organizational commitment of educational institutions under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was overall performed at the highest level. These aspects were willingness to exert considerable effort with total dedication on behalf of the organizational benefits, a sense of pride in being part of the organization, and needs for achievement.

  2) Overall and in specific aspects, organizational health of educational institutions under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was overall performed at the high level. These aspects were morale in working operation, academic emphasis, institutional integrity, relationship-oriented leadership, resource utilization, initiating structure leadership.

3) Organizational commitment in aspects of a sense of pride in being part of the organization (X₁), needs for achievement (X₃), and willingness to exert considerable effort with total dedication on behalf of the organizational benefits (X₂) together predicted organizational health of educational institutions under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 (Y_tot) at the percentage of 67.00 with statistical significance level of. 01.
