การประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประเมิน (Evaluative Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ในด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านการผลิตโดยเป็นการประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตร และเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย/ผู้ให้ข้อมูล 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอนชั้นปีที่ 1 – 2 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2557 ถึง ปีการศึกษา 2558 มีนักศึกษาทั้งหมดจำนวน 21 คน 2) อาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาต่าง ๆ ในสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน/กรรมการตรวจสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ จำนวน 12 คน 3) ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย และผู้บริหารคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ จำนวน 2 คน และ4) คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน/อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอนจำนวน 5 คน โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้สถิติบรรยายในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสรุปประเด็นสำคัญจากการสัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม

               ผลการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาวบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร โดยภาพรวม พบว่า นักศึกษา และผู้สอน/กรรมการตรวจสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ มีความคิดเห็นว่าเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก  และในรายด้าน พบว่า ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด  คือ ด้านผลผลิต และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า

               ผลการศึกษาปัญหา และแนวทางการพัฒนาปรับปรุงหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน พบว่า มีปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในด้านต่าง ๆ ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านบริบท พบว่า รายวิชาในส่วนของการจัดการเรียนรู้ยังมีสัดส่วนที่น้อยไปเมื่อเทียบกับรายวิชาทางด้านหลักสูตร 2)ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า พบว่า คณะควรมีการจัดทำห้องสมุดเฉพาะทางของคณะ ในห้องเรียนระบบสัญญาณไร้สาย(WIFI)ไม่มีและไม่เสถียรใช้งานไม่ได้ ฐานข้อมูลวิชาการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีจำนวนมากแต่ยังใช้ไม่คุ้มค่า หลักสูตรไม่มีคู่มือให้นักศึกษาและเห็นควรจัดทำคู่มือหลักสูตร ในส่วนของวิทยากรภายนอกมาให้ความรู้ยังมีจำนวนน้อย รายวิชาบางรายวิชาไม่เปิดให้นักศึกษาลงทะเบียน และควรมีการจัดการศึกษาดูงานภายนอกในหน่วยงานที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี 3) ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอาจารย์ผู้สอนร่วมในรายวิชาเดียวกันสั่งงานซ้ำซ้อนกันและอยากให้อาจารย์มีเอกสารตำราคำสอนเป็นของตนเอง และไม่ได้รับคำปรึกษาเรื่องอื่น ๆเกี่ยวกับการเรียนเท่าที่ควรเพราะไม่มีอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการควรมีการแต่งตั้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการ และ4) ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า นักศึกษา/อาจารย์ผู้สอนและคณะกรรมการพิจารณาวิทยานิพนธ์ เห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม

           The research is an Evaluative Research and formative evaluation. The purpose of this study is to 1) evaluate the curriculum of the Master Degree program in Curriculum and Instruction Faculty of Education Silpakorn University in the context, input, process, and product. The side is the evaluation of the course's interim output. and 2) to study the problem. And guidelines for the development of the Master Degree program in Curriculum and Instruction Faculty of Education Silpakorn University. There are 4 groups: 1) Students in Curriculum and Instruction Year 1 - 2 are studying during the academic year 2014- 2016. There are Twenty-one students 2) Twelve instructors/considering thesis committee members. 3) Two administrators of the Faculty of Education; and 4) Five committee in the Master Degree program. courses in curriculum and instruction. The collecting both quantitative and qualitative data are using by questionnaire and the interview topic. The data descriptive statistics are used analyze quantitative data, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative analysis uses content analysis and summarizes key points from the interview. and group discussion.

            The results of the evaluation of Master Degree Program in curriculum and instruction faculty of Education Silpakorn University. Overall, it was found that the students and the instructors /considering thesis committee members. The opinions are appropriate at a high level. And

   The results in problem and guidelines for the development of the Master Degree program in curriculum and instruction found problems and suggestions: 1. Context : In the course of learning management provides a small proportion compared to subjects in the curriculum. 2. Inputs : it was found that the faculty should have a dedicated library. In the classroom, the wireless system (WIFI) is unavailable and unstable. The database of information technology has many but not worth it. The course does not have a guide for students and should be considered as a course guide. In the part of the external speakers came to know a small amount, some courses are not open to students and should be managed to field trip in units in the best practices.  3. Process : teaching and learning, the instructors engaged in the same course instructed overlapping tasks and wanted teachers to have their own text and no other advice. to appoint academic advisors. And 4. Product : students member of the examination committee have the opinion in product of curriculum is appropriate.
