การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของความอ่อนน้อมของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี

Abstract

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของความอ่อนน้อมของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ กลุ่มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2559  จำนวน 880 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบวัดความอ่อนน้อมของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันความอ่อนน้อมของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ การตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง การนับถือตนเอง การเปิดใจ ความจริงใจ ความรู้สึกขอบคุณ และความปรารถนาที่จะช่วยเหลือ พบว่า มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ (χ2) เท่ากับ 0.68 (p-value = 0.71) มีค่า GFI เท่ากับ 1.00 มีค่า AGFI เท่ากับ 1.00 มีค่า SRMR เท่ากับ 0.00 มีค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.00 โดยมีค่านํ้าหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 0.75-0.84 ทุกองค์ประกอบ  มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่าโมเดลการวัดความอ่อนน้อมสามารถนำมาอธิบายองค์ประกอบของความอ่อนน้อมได้     

           The purposes of this research were to study the elements of humility of undergraduate students. The group of sample is 880 students at bachelor degree level, faculty of education, Rajabhat University in the northeastern group in the fourth semester of academic year 2016 by random sampling multistage. The instrument for data collection is measure of humility of undergraduate students. The research tool was the questionnaire 5-point rating scale, total of 60 items. The result showed the reliability was at 0.95 and the statistic data used in analysis is the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)

The research findings were as follows:

               The research result found that Confirmatory Factor Analysis of humility of undergraduate students. There were 6 factors consisted of self-awareness, self-respect, open-minded, genuine, gratitude, wish to serve. The humility model in accordance was fit with the empirical data with Chi-square (χ2) = 0.68 (p-value = 0.71), GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 1.00, SRMR = 0.00, and RMSEA = 0.00. Standardize factor loading between 0.75 - 0.84. All elements are statistically significant at 0.01 level. This proves that the models of humility can explain factor of  humility.
