การบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 2) ปัญหาการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 และ3) ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมกับโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการ และรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหาร ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 จำนวน 118 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยสภาพ ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ (f) ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 โดยภาพรวมมีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก และ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ทุกด้านดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน 2) ปัญหาการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6 คือ ขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถเรื่องเทคโนโลยี  สารสนเทศ อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือที่ใช้ล้าสมัย จัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศต่าง ๆไม่เป็นระบบ ไม่ทันสมัยบุคลากรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาน้อย ดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพไม่เป็นระบบ งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ  ขาดการระดมทรัพยากร การประชาสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือจากชุมชนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องมีน้อย  การประเมินและติดตามการทำงานไม่ชัดเจน ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรมีภาระงานอื่นมาก  การนำเสนอรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษาประจำปียังไม่เป็นระบบ ไม่สัมพันธ์กัน  ผลการประเมินนำมาใช้น้อย และ 3)ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 6

               คือ ควรจัดกิจกรรมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและพัฒนาผู้บริหารและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในรูปแบบต่างๆ ขอความร่วมมือในด้านต่างๆจากชุมชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พัฒนาระบบงานประกันคุณภาพให้ชัดเจน ครอบคลุมในทุกขั้นตอน ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์มากขึ้น ควรจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศต่างๆให้เป็นระบบ ถูกต้อง ครอบคลุม และทันสมัย รวมทั้งนำผลการประเมินมาใช้ประโยชน์ให้มากขึ้น

                This research was aimed to study 1) the state quality assurance administration of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6. 2) the problems of quality assurance administration of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6. And 3) the suggestion of quality assurance administration of Administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6. The sample was 118 directors and deputy directors in the Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6. The instrument was the questionnaire with five-level scale included the level of the state and the problems of quality assurance administration which the reliability was 0.87. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage (%), mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.).

             The results showed that 1) the state of quality assurance administration of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6 was at a high level in overall and individual. 2) the problems of the administration for quality assurance in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6 found that : lack of the ICT personnel, modern equipment, ICT system , and budgeting. In addition, the data systems were disorganized because the personnel had so much burden and lacked of adequate knowledge in a quality assurance, the budget which used in each project, and the connection to each community. Furthermore the evaluation and follow-up work is not clear. The presentation of the annual report on the quality of education is not in a same system. And 3) the suggestions of the quality assurance administration in Phrapariyattidhamma School under General Education Group 6 should increase knowledge and train the relative personnel, clarify data management systems and make the relative connectors know the results of all assessment. Consequently, they should bring the results of the assessment to use in education system more.
