การวิเคราะห์การเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางสังคมของผู้ประกอบการในเขตประกอบ การสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยา (Social Entrepreneur analysis of the entrepreneurin Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province)

Abstract

                 งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ประกอบการทางสังคม และเพื่อวิเคราะห์การเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางสังคมของประกอบการสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยา ซึ่งมีการดำเนินงานวิจัย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ การวิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary researcher) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) เป็นการสัมภาษณ์ บุคลากร ในเขตประกอบการสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยา จำนวน 30 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการสังคมจะต้องเป็นคุณลักษณะในเชิงบวกคือต้องเป็นผู้เสียสละอย่างแท้จริง และจะต้องเป็นผู้นำที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมที่จะอุทิศตนเพื่อส่วนรวมด้วยความเต็มใจ จึงจะสามารถดำเนินกิจการให้ประสบความสำเร็จได้อย่างยั่งยืนและคุณลักษณะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางสังคมของผู้ประกอบการสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยา ทั้ง 10 ด้านนั้น พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการที่มีคุณลักษณะครบถ้วนจะทำให้มีการพัฒนาองค์กรไปได้อย่างราบรื่นและดำเนินธุรกิจประสบความสำเร็จ ตรงตามข้อกำหนด นโยบายและมาตรฐานต่างๆของบริษัท ซึ่งนอกจากจะสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการให้ภาคธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมมีศักยภาพการการผลิต และการบริหารจัดการที่คำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้นแล้วนั้น ยังเป็นการทำให้สภาพเศรษฐกิจของสถานประกอบการมีการพัฒนาในทิศทางที่ดีขึ้นตามไปด้วย และจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จะทำให้เห็นถึงการดำเนินไปของสถานประกอบการในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยา ที่เผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงในมิติเชิงเศรษฐกิจด้านรายได้จากการขาย มิติเชิงเศรษฐกิจด้านของต้นทุน และการเปลี่ยนแปลงในมิติเชิงเศรษฐกิจด้านของกำไรขาดทุน (สุทธิ) ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลนี้ขึ้นมาเป็นกรณีศึกษาทั้ง 30 สถานประกอบการนี้ พบว่าจากดำเนินงานเพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการทางสังคมได้ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านของรายได้จากการขายที่เพิ่มขึ้น ดังจะเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนถึงผลการดำเนินงานเมื่อนำสถิติทดสอบเพื่อศึกษาให้เห็นถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญของมิติเชิงเศรษฐกิจด้านรายได้จากการขายในปี พ.ศ. 2555 กับปี พ.ศ. 2556 พบว่า สถานประกอบการในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดอยุธยาที่เป็นกรณีศึกษามีรายได้จากการขายในปี พ.ศ. 2556 สูงกว่ารายได้จากการขายในปี พ.ศ. 2555 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในขณะที่ต้นทุนในปี พ.ศ. 2556 สูงกว่าต้นทุนในปี พ.ศ. 2555 ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ  และเมื่อพิจารณาถึงกำไรขาดทุน (สุทธิ) จากการขายในปี พ.ศ. 2556 สูงกว่ากำไรขาดทุน (สุทธิ) จากการขายในปี พ.ศ. 2555 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.10

                   This research is the Social Entrepreneur analysis of the entrepreneur in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province, which is Qualitative Research that conduct 2 part of research as follows, Documentary researcher and In-depth Interview that interviews 30 personnel in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province. The study result is found that the characteristic of the Social Entrepreneur must be positive such as the leader who is really sacrifice, has visions, creativity, and also ready to willingly devote himself for the others in order to successfully run the sustainable business. And the entire 10 characteristics of the Social Entrepreneur analysis of the entrepreneur in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province, are found that the entrepreneur who has all of these characteristics would cause the flowing organization development and successfully running the business according to the regulations, policies, and the company standards. Besides of using this as a management tool for the industrial business sector to have the potential in production and the management that is more concerned about the environment, it is also improving the economics of the company in good direction too. And from the data analysis which is acquired by Documentary researcher and In-depth Interview, is shows the procession of the companies in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province, that is faced the changes in economic dimension in term of revenue, cost, and net profit. Researcher raises the case study of all 30 businesses and found that the operation towards the Social Entrepreneur has affected on the increasing income that shows clearly in the overall operation. When using the testing statistics to study the significant changes in economic dimension of revenue in 2012 and 2013, it is found that the study case businesses in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya province, have the revenue in 2013 more than the revenue in 2012 with significant statistically at the level of 0.01 while the cost in 2013 is more than the cost in 2012 with no significant statistically level, and considering on net profit in 2013 is more than the net profit in 2012 with significant statistically at the level of 0.10 .
