การประเมินผลโครงการหลักสูตรบูรณาการการใช้รถใช้ถนนอย่างถูกต้องปลอดภัย (The Project Evaluation of Road Safety integrated Curriculum)

Abstract

              การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษารูปแบบ ผลลัพธ์ และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามโครงการหลักสูตรบูรณาการการใช้รถใช้ถนนอย่างถูกต้องปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดลำปาง  การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสม(Mixed Method Research) โรงเรียนเป้าหมายในการศึกษา คือ โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองลำปาง จำนวน 6 แห่ง ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นเพื่อแก้ปัญหาอุบัติเหตุจราจรในสถานศึกษา  ดำเนินการระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2555 ถึง กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรมี 4 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ รูปแบบการบูรณาการแบบขนาน แบบสหวิทยาการ  แบบสอดแทรก และแบบผสม ผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักเรียน พบว่า ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการใช้รถใช้ถนนอย่างปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด พฤติกรรมการสวมหมวกนิรภัยในนักเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นภายหลังการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จของการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร ได้แก่ ความรู้และความเข้าใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร  แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร  และการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร

                 This research aimed to study the instructional model, results and the conditions for successful instruction of road safety integrated curriculum project in Lampang schools. This research is Mixed Method Research. Target schools are 6 Lampang municipal schools which participated in the project of study and development of local curriculum for road safety in schools. Conducted between November 2012 to February 2013. The results found that the pattern of instructional has 4 models: parallel instruction model, multidisciplinary instruction model, infusion instruction model, and mixed model. Results on students found that knowledge and skills in road safety were at high to highest level, helmet wearing behavior were increased after the course. The conditions for successful instruction were including knowledge and understanding toward teaching the course, guidelines for instruction, and curriculum management.
