ปัจจัยความฉลาดที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา หลักสูตรครุศาสตบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม (Quotient Factors Affecting Desirable Characteristics Of Bachelor Of Education Curriculum’ S Students In Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University)

Abstract

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยความฉลาดของนักศึกษา 2) ระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา และ 3) ปัจจัยความฉลาดที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา  กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม จำนวน 264 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายคณะที่สังกัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้านปัจจัยความฉลาดของนักศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.986 และด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.983 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยความฉลาดของนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย ความฉลาดทางปัญญา ความฉลาดทางศีลธรรมและจริยธรรม ความฉลาดในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค ความฉลาดที่เกิดจากการเล่น ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความฉลาดในการริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และความฉลาดทางสังคม ตามลำดับ


2. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย มียุทธศาสตร์ในสาขาวิชาชีพครู เป็นคนดีของสังคม และเป็นครูดี ครูเก่ง ตามลำดับ


3. ปัจจัยความฉลาดของนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ความฉลาดในการริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (X₆) ความฉลาดทางปัญญา (X₁) ความฉลาดในการเผชิญปัญหาและฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค (X₄) และความฉลาดทางสังคม (X₅) เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษา (Y_tot) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 81.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย คือ = 1.91 + 0.93(X₆) + 1.23(X₁) + 1.06(X₄) +  0.23(X₅)

            This research aimed to study: 1) the level of students’ quotient factors; 2) the level of students’ desirable characteristics; and 3) the quotient factors affecting desirable characteristics of students. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by faculty, was 264 bachelor of education curriculum’ s students in Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The content validity index of instrument by index of item objective congruence (IOC) was 1.00. The reliability of quotient factors was 0.986 and desirable characteristics was 0.983. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression.

               The findings of this research were as follows:

1. Overall and in specific aspects, the students’ quotient was at a high level. These aspects were intelligence quotient, moral quotient, adversity quotient, play quotient, emotional quotient, social quotient, and creative quotient, respectively.


2. Overall and in specific aspects, desirable characteristics of students was at a high level. These aspects were teacher profession strategies, good person, and good teacher, respectively.


3. The students’ quotient in the aspects of creative quotient (X₆), intelligence quotient (X₁), adversity quotient (X₄), and social quotient (X₅) together predicted students’ desirable characteristics (Y_tot) at the percentage of 81.10 with statistical significance at .05. The regression equation was = 1.91 + 0.93(X₆) + 1.23(X₁) + 1.06(X₄) + 0.23(X₅)
