มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ทำบัญชี ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน

Abstract

           การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์  1.  เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ กับประสิทธิภาพใการปฏิบัติงาน  2.  เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลด้านความระมัดระวังรอบคอบกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน 3.  เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลด้านความชำนาญกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน  4.  เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลด้านความผูกพันของการปฏิบัติงานกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน   การวิจัยคือ ผู้ทำบัญชีที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2553 – 2556 จำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคุณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคุณ

            ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 30 - 40 ปี สถานภาพโสด การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีมากที่สุด อายุงานตั้งแต่ 5 - 10 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 40,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ทำบัญชี ผู้ทำบัญชีมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ทำบัญชีในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ด้านความระมัดระวังรอบคอบ และด้านความผูกพันของการปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  0.05  สำหรับด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ และด้านความชำนาญ  ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน

               The objectives of this research were (1) to test the influence of knowledge and ability on work efficiency, (2) to test the influence of carefulness on work efficiency, (3) to test the influence of expertise on work efficiency and (4) to test the influence of engagement on work efficiency. This study was survey research. The population of this study consisted of 398 accountants registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce during 2010 and 2013. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis and multivariate analysis.

               The results of this study showed that the sample mostly consisted of males; those aged between 30-40 years; single people; those graduated with bachelor’s degree; those with 5-10 years of working experience; and those with monthly income of less than 40,000 baht. The sample mostly was accountants. The sample viewed that work standard influenced work efficiency. Also, carefulness and engagement were positively related to work efficiency with statistical significance level of 0.05 Knowledge and ability, and expertise were not related to work efficiency.
