การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้านสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ (The State and Problems of Instructional management in English Core Subjects at The Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University)

Abstract

              การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้านสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ  2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้นักศึกษา มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้การวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาสาขาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษชั้นปีที่ 1-5 การศึกษา 2560  วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถามสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้าน ในด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้  

               1) สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้านสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน โดยด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  สำหรับปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้านสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า  มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ด้านสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ มีปัญหาระดับน้อย 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด

               2) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้านสาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อให้มีสภาพการเรียนการสอนและนักศึกษามีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นมีดังนี้ : ควรมีการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาไปศึกษา ณ ประเทศที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ  ควรมีอาจารย์ต่างชาติเป็นอาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชา ห้องเรียนควรมีอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยพร้อมใช้งานติดตั้งอย่างถาวรทุกห้องเรียน และอาจารย์ควรแจ้งผลคะแนนให้ทราบเป็นระยะ เพื่อที่นักศึกษาจะได้ทราบคะแนนเก็บของตนเอง

               The purposes of this research is 1) to study the status and problem of instructional management within English Core Subjects at The Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra 2) to propose suggestions for the instructional management within English Core Subjects to improve students’ learning achievement. The subjects of this study are 148 English major students, year 1-5, academic year 2017.  The samples were collected using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. It is divided into four aspects: curriculum and instruction, instructors, facilities support services, and assessment and evaluation. The statistics used in this research is comprised of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation.

The research findings were as follows:

1. 1. The overview opinions on the current situation of instructional management in English core subjects revealed high opinions in all four aspects of study. Three aspects were rated at a high level where as one aspect was rated at a moderate level. Overall the subjects rated curriculum and instruction at the highest level, instructors and also evaluation and assessment at a high level, facilities support services was rated at a moderate level.The problems of the instructional management in English core subjects revealed low levels in all four aspects of this study. One aspect was rated at moderate level, where as two aspects were rated at a low level and one aspect was rated at the least level. Overall the subjects rated facilities support services at a moderate level, evaluation and assessment and also curriculum and instruction at a low level, whereas instructors was rated at the lowest level.


2. 2. The suggestions to develop the instructional management within English Core Subjects at The Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University: provide an international exchange student program between the native speaking countries, recruit foreign teachers to be placed in the English Department, install modern teaching facilities permanently in every classroom and instructors should inform students regularly their test scores.
