การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (Indicator Development Of 21st Century Skills In Learning And Innovation For Lower Secondary School Students)

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จำนวน 1,030 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล  เป็นแบบวัดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 1 ฉบับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .978 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวิจัยโดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโมเดล ด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสองโดยใช้โปรแกรม MPlus7.4

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               ทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมมี 33 ตัวบ่งชี้  3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ทักษะคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม (CSI) มี13 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ 1) อยากรู้ อยากเห็น 2) ชอบเสาะแสวงสำรวจสิ่งใหม่ๆ 3) ซักถามด้วยคำถามแปลกใหม่ 4) กล้าแสดงออก 5) มีอารมณ์ขันสนุกสนาน 6) มีสมาธิ     7) เชื่อมั่นในตนเอง 8) มีจินตนาการ 9) มีความคิดยืดหยุ่น 10) ขยัน มุ่งมั่น อดทน 11) ละเอียด รอบคอบ 12) แก้ปัญหาต่างๆได้ดี  13) ปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งเดิมให้เกิดประโยชน์องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและแก้ปัญหา (SPC) มี 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ 1) จำแนก แยกแยะ ข้อมูล 2) ประเมินทางเลือกที่เหมาะสม 3) เป็นผู้มีใจกว้าง 4) มีเหตุผล 5) บ่งชี้ประเด็นปัญหาได้ 6) ตั้งคำถาม 7) สร้างทาง เลือกการแก้ปัญหาได้ 8) สามารถตัดสินใจสรุปข้อแก้ไขปัญหา 9) วิเคราะห์ทำความเข้าใจปัญหา 10) แก้ปัญหาตามแผนที่วางไว้ 11) ตรวจสอบผลการแก้ปัญหา 12) แยกแยะ จำแนกปัญหา และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะการสื่อสารและความร่วมมือ (CCS) มี 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ 1) อ่านแล้วเข้าใจสัญลักษณ์ 2) พูดถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ 3) สมาชิกพึงพอใจซึ่งกันและกัน 4) มีปฏิสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิด 5) มีความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน 6) มีทักษะสื่อสารในกลุ่มย่อย 7) วิเคราะห์การเรียนรู้ของสมาชิกในกลุ่มได้ 8) ประสบความสำเร็จพร้อมกันโดยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.940 1.000  และ 0.949 ตามลำดับ

               ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องโมเดลทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม ตามทฤษฎีมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ( = 375.389, df = 335, p = 0.063, /df = 1.120, RMSEA = 0.011, CFI=0.998, TLI=0.998, SRMR=0.017) ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาค่าเหล่านี้กับค่าตามเกณฑ์พิจารณาแล้วแสดงว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดีมาก

               The objective of this research is to develop the indicator of 21^st skills in Learning and innovation for lower secondary school students. The number of students who were analyzed is about 1,030 students. The equipment for collecting the data is the test for the secondary students learning and innovation of 21st century skills the reliability is .978 the data analysis uses the frequency percentage and model construct validity analysis. Use Mplus 7.4 program in the second way for confirmatory factor analysis.

               Result of the study revealed that

               The 21^st century skills is learning and innovation has 33 indicators and 3 elements that is, the 1^st element is creative skills for innovation has 13 indicators is 1. Curious 2. Explore new things 3. Ask with a strange question 4. Assertive 5. Have fun humor 6. Concentrate 7. Confident in yourself 8. Have imagination 9. Flexible thinking 10. Diligent, determined, patient 11. Fine carefully 12. Fix the problem 13. Improve the original things to be useful. The 2^nd element is solving problem and critical thinking has 12 indicators is 1. Distinguish information 2. Evaluate the appropriate options 3. Generous 4. Rational 5. Indicates the problem 6. Set Question 7). Create alternative solutions 8. Can decide the conclusion of the solution 9. Analyze, understand problems 10. Solve problems as planned 11. Check the solution results 12. Identify problems. The 3^rd element is communication and cooperation skills has 8 indicators is 1. Read and understand the symbols 2. Speak the story According to the purpose 3. Satisfied members to each other 4. Interact closely 5. Have shared responsibility 6. Have communication skills in Subgroup 7. Analyze the learning of group members 8. Success together. There is the factor analysis valuation equals 0.940, 1.000 and 0.949.

               Objective congruence investigating model of 21^st century skills in learning and innovation, according to the theory has the consistency with the empirical information. ( = 375.389, df = 335, p = 0.063, /df = 1.120, RMSEA = 0.011, CFI=0.998, TLI=0.998, SRMR=0.017). The result of the model is consistent with the empirical information very well.
