องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน (Factors of Educational Management for Developing Quality of Private Higher Education Institutes)

Abstract

              งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารทุกระดับและอาจารย์ประจำในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 630 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดม ศึกษาเอกชน ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 0.60-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 และวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างและความสอดคล้องของโมเดลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโดยใช้โปรแกรม Mplus ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างและสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาได้จากค่า Chi-square = 5734.435, Degrees of Freedom = 3723, Chi-square/Degrees of Freedom = 1.540, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0.970, Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.035, Root Mean Square Error of Approximate (RMSEA) = 0.032

               The objectives of this research were to analyze the factors of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes using a confirmatory factor analysis. The samples were 630 executives and lecturers in private higher education institutes by purposive sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by 5 experts to find its validity and the index item-objective congruence (IOC) was 0.60 - 1.00. Its reliability, Cronbach’s alpha was 0.98. The structural validity factor analysis and model consistency with the second order confirmatory factor analysis by using Mplus. The research findings were found that : The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes is of structural validity and consistency fitted the empirical data considering from its value as Chi-square = 5734.435, Degrees of Freedom = 3723, Chi-square/Degrees of Freedom = 1.540, P-Value = 0.0152, Comparative Fit index (CFI) = 0.970, Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.035, Root Mean Square Error of Approximate (RMSEA) = 0.032.
