การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค Thailand 4.0 (School Administration Communities Participation in Thailand 4.0)

Abstract

                 การมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างชุมชนและสถานศึกษาเป็นความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ โดยมีเป้าหมายที่สำคัญ คือ มุ่งหวังให้เยาวชนไทยเป็นคนดี เก่ง มีสุข ซึ่งถือว่าบุคคลที่มีองค์ประกอบครบทั้ง 3 ด้านนี้ เป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์และจะเป็นกำลังในการพัฒนาประเทศชาติ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนกับสถานศึกษาในการใช้ทรัพยากรการศึกษาในชุมชนสามารถกระทำได้ 2 วิธีการ คือ การนำบุคคลหรือทรัพยากรในชุมชนมาสู่สถานศึกษา และนำสถานศึกษาออกไปยังแหล่งทรัพยากรในชุมชน การบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค Thailand 4.0 มีความจำเป็นต้องปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการจัดการและตัวบุคคล การบริหารจัดการ 4M และการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของวัฒนธรรมองค์กร วัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล (Digital Culture) ที่จะนำสถานศึกษาในยุคปัจจุบัน ก้าวไปสู่สถานศึกษาในยุค Thailand 4.0 ได้ในอนาคต

                 Participation of the community and the school is a collaborative effort to develop educational quality. The main goal is to give Thai youths the desired qualities, excellence, and happiness, which are considered to be the three components of a perfect human being, and will be a force to develop the nation. Community participation with educational institutions in the use of educational resources in the community can be done in two ways: by bringing people or resources in the community to schools, and educational institutions going to the resources in the community. Thailand 4.0 school administration needs to change management style and individuality. 4M management is about man, money, materials, and management and organizational change model Digital Culture to bring the school in present step towards being a school in the future Thailand 4.0.
