รูปแบบและกลยุทธ์การถ่ายทอดความรู้ของโครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ต้นแบบเพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ยามยากสภากาชาดไทย จ.อ่างทอง ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (Knowledge transfer Model and Strategy of Model Learning Center Project of Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation Thai Red Cross, Angthong Province : The philosophy of Sufficiency Economy) -

Abstract

               การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและกลยุทธ์การถ่ายทอดความรู้ของโครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ต้นแบบเพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ยามยากสภากาชาดไทย จ.อ่างทอง ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณา เป็นวิธีการศึกษาชีวิตทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน สถาบัน รวมถึงกลุ่มหรือองค์กรในรูปแบบอื่นๆ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ของโครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ต้นแบบเพื่อนพึ่ง (ภาฯ) ยามยากสภากาชาดไทย จ.อ่างทอง ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประกอบไปด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน 1. วิทยากรของโครงการถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้กับผู้ที่มาเรียนรู้  2. ฐานการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วย 5 ฐานดังนี้ ฐานที่ 1 น้ำหมักชีวภาพ ฐานที่ 2 ปุ๋ยหมักชีวภาพ ฐานที่ 3 เกษตรอินทรีย์ ฐานที่ 4 น้ำส้มควันไม้ ฐานที่ 5 ลดรายจ่ายในครัวเรือน และ กลยุทธ์การถ่ายทอดความรู้ของชุมชนบ้านทุ่งอ่างทองประกอบไปด้วยองค์ประกอบทั้งหมด 4 ประการได้แก่ 1.กลยุทธ์ด้านความสมัครใจของผู้เข้าร่วม ผู้ที่ต้องการเข้ามาเรียนรู้จะต้องมีความสมัครใจ และมีความต้องการที่จะเรียนรู้ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุด 2.กลยุทธ์การอบรมภาคทฤษฏี ทางโครงการจะต้องสื่อสารกับผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมทุกคนมีความเข้าใจตรงกันว่าเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงคืออะไร 3. กลยุทธ์การลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้นำองค์ความรู้จากภาคทฤษฎีมาปฎิบัติจริง 4. กลยุทธ์การให้คำแนะนำและการติดตามผล

                 The objective of this research was to determine the Knowledge Transfer Model and Strategy of Model Learning Center Project of Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation Thai Red Cross, Angthong Province: The philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. This qualitative research was Ethnography Research Method that is a research based on Sociology and Cultural in community which intend to explain the way of life, custom, tradition or culture in particular on one society. The result showed the knowledge transfer model of Model Learning Center Project of Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation Thai Red Cross, Angthong Province: The philosophy of Sufficiency Economy consists of 2 bases: 1.Speaker of the Sufficiency Economy Project for the Learners 2.Learning base consists of 5 bases 2.1Basal bio-fertilizer base 2.2 Organic fertilizer base 2.3 Organic farm base 2.4 Wood vinegar base 2.5 Reduces household expenditure and the Knowledge Transfer Strategy of Model Learning Center Project of Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation Thai Red Cross, Angthong Province: The philosophy of Sufficiency Economy including 4 components 1. Voluntary – People is volunteer to learn that’s the most important. 2. Academic Orientation, the team project has to communicate with volunteer for the right purpose correctly what does Sufficiency Economy mean? 3. Doing – All volunteers are going to apply the academic by practicing in fact. 4. Giving the advice and Evaluations.
