เทคโนโลยีแห่งตัวตนสู่ความสำเร็จของเด็กจากชุมชนแออัด (The self-technology to success of the child from slum communities)

Abstract

                  งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ชีวประวัติและเรื่องเล่าของเด็กจากชุมชนแออัด 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีแห่งตัวตนสู่ความสำเร็จของเด็กจากชุมชนแออัด ใช้วิธีวิทยาการศึกษาชีวประวัติและเรื่องเล่า เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ดร.พิษณุ เหรียญมหาสาร และผู้ให้ข้อมูลเสริม คือ ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสร้างความสำเร็จของเด็กจากชุมชนแออัดมาจากการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ของตนเองขึ้นมาใหม่ ด้วยความเพียรพยายาม ความอดทน ความกล้าแสวงหาโอกาสและสร้างอนาคตบนเส้นทางที่เลือกด้วยตนเอง ผ่านเทคโนโลยีแห่งตัวตนสู่ความสำเร็จ คือ แสวงหาโอกาสเพื่อสร้างอนาคตด้วยการศึกษา สร้างรากฐานที่มั่นคงด้านความรู้และความสามารถ สร้างเครือข่ายสู่ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน รู้ลึกรู้จริงในงานที่รับผิดชอบและมีไหวพริบปฏิภาณ

                  The objectives of this qualitative research were to study 1) life history and narrative of the child from slum communities 2) self-technology to success of the child from slum communities by using methodology of life history and narrative approach. Data were collected from in-depth interview from key person Dr. Pisanu Rienmahasar and his subordinate who gives supplementary information. The study indicate that the success of the child from slum communities come from rebuild own new identity by accept and face from self-poverty, brave to find opportunities and create his own path of future through the self-technology of successful that means seeking opportunities to create future by education, build a foundation of ability and knowledge, communities for success in work, expertise responsibility and smart in work.
