สมรรถนะทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทที่พึงประสงค์ ของประเทศไทย (Competency of Desirable Specialist for Thai Fiber Composites Industry)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์และสมรรถนะทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทของประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน (2) สังเคราะห์สมรรถนะทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทที่พึงประสงค์ของประเทศไทย ดำเนินงานวิจัยมี 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสารร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สังเคราะห์สมรรถนะทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทที่พึงประสงค์ของประเทศไทย มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักได้แก่ ผู้สอนวิชาไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทในมหาวิทยาลัย นายกสมาคม อดีตนายกสมาคม เลขาธิการสมาคม ที่ปรึกษาสมาคมไทยคอมโพสิทและผู้ประกอบกิจการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทของประเทศไทย รวมทั้งสิ้น 25 คน ใช้การวิเคราะห์แบบทฤษฏี ฐานราก

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สถานการณ์อุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทของประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน มีการขยายตัวไปใช้งานในหลายอุตสาหกรรมที่มีศักยภาพสูงและเป็นเป้าหมายการพัฒนาตามนโยบายเศรษฐกิจใหม่ เช่น อุตสาหกรรมอากาศยาน อุตสาหกรรมผลิตอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และสุขภาพ อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อนาคต  แต่ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทของไทยในปัจจุบันมีสมรรถนะในระดับต่ำ (2) สมรรถนะของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิทที่พึงประสงค์ของประเทศไทยต้องประกอบด้วยความรู้ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ด้านวัตถุดิบ 2) ความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิต 3) ความรู้ด้านการขึ้นต้นแบบและสร้างแม่แบบ 4) ความรู้ด้านพื้นฐานช่างอุตสาหกรรม 5) ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ทักษะ 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะทางไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิท 2) ทักษะการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ 3) ทักษะการคำนวณ 4) ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน 5) ทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ 6) ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างมีระบบ 7) ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา 8) ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และเจตคติของช่างอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องมีความชอบ รักและสนใจในงานไฟเบอร์คอมโพสิท ตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 เป็นแรงขับสำคัญ

               The objectives of this research aimed to: (1) Study the present situation of Thai fiber composites industry and competency of their specialists. (2) Synthesize the competency of desirable specialists for Thai fiber composites industry. Two stages of the grounded theory were used in this inductive research included documentary analysis and in-depth interviews. The 25 purposed samples were university’s fiber composites lecturers, Thai composites association’s executives and fiber composites factory owner with more than 10 years’ experience in Thailand.

               It was found from the study that : (1) Thai fiber composites industry is expanding into a higher competitive targeted industries such as Aerospace, Automation and robotics, medical and healthcare, and next generation automotive. But present specialists are all lacking of competency. (2) Competency of desirable specialists for Thai fiber composites industry consists of 5 knowledge of Composites raw materials, Manufacturing, Mold making, Basic technical practice and Safety. While 8 skills consist of Fiber composites technology, Products design, Numeric, Cooperation and Communication, English proficiency, Systematic thinking, Problem resolution and Teamwork together with attitudes of towards liking, love and interest in fiber composites’ work in accordance with four Iddhipada attributes.
