การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท (Efficiency Increased of Storage Management at Summit group corporation)

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการจัดการคลังสินค้าและระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ประชากรของพนักงานบริษัทซัมมิท ฟุตแวร์ จำกัด เลือกตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา และนำข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้ประมวลผล โดยใช้สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบสมมติฐานแบบt- test ,   F-test (One-Way ANOVA ),Pearson Product Moment Correlationและ Multiple Regression Analysis

               ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 26-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีตำแหน่งงานเป็นระดับพนักงาน และมีอายุงาน 6-10 ปีระดับความสำคัญของวิธีการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิทภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพศ อายุ และอายุงานที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้าที่แตกต่างกัน วิธีการจัดการคลังสินค้าในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท ระดับความสัมพันธ์สูงทิศทางเดียวกัน และวิธีการจัดการคลังสินค้ามีอิทธิพลต่อระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท

               ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษา การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิทผู้บริหารควรเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการคลังสินค้าด้วยการนำระบบ Barcode มาใช้ในการรับสินค้าและการตรวจรับสินค้าคืนจากลูกค้าบริหารจัดการเนื้อที่จัดเก็บและการจัดเก็บตามอุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสม  ใช้อุปกรณ์เคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าที่ได้มาตรฐาน และส่งสินค้าตามเวลาที่กำหนด เพราะจะส่งผลให้เกิดการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้ากลุ่มบริษัทซัมมิท

              The purposes of this study were to determine the process of storage management and the level of storage management efficiently at Summit group corporation. The sampling groups were 200 Summit group corporation foot wear employees by using questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data was analyzed for both descriptive and inferential statistics, namely percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, one-way Anova, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression.

               Findings indicated that most of respondents were male, aged between 26-30 years old, earned less than bachelor degree, operation level of position, and worked for company for a period of 6-10 years. The overall picture of the opinions on the level of storage management at Summit group corporation were at a highest level in descending order, such as location, storage management, FIFO and ABC system of storage, material handling, appropriate equipment, receiving products count accuracy, and using barcode system. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the factors of personal different, such as gender, age, period of work affected the storage management efficiency at a statistically significant 0.05 level. The storage management efficiently correlated with the level of storage management of Summit group corporation at a statistically significant 0.05 level.

               Recommendations from the study results were that administrative officers should emphasize on efficiency increased of storage management at Summit group corporation, such as using barcode system in the operation, appropriate storage area, using standard equipment, and operation with timely concern.
