การประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตรศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (The Curriculum Evaluation on Bachelor Degree Program of Education in Home Economics Education, Faculty of Education Kasetsart University)

Abstract

               งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต 5 ปี สาขาวิชาคหกรรมศาสตรศึกษา ภาควิชาอาชีวศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยใช้รูปแบบ CIPP กลุ่มที่ศึกษาคือ นิสิตครูคหกรรมศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 5 จำนวน 43 คน อาจารย์ในหลักสูตร จำนวน 5 คน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนิสิตเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและสมรรถนะตามมาตรฐานที่คุรุสภากำหนด แบบสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ในหลักสูตร และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นิสิตและอาจารย์ในหลักสูตรมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า เป้าหมายของหลักสูตรสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ระดับอุดมศึกษาและที่คุรุสภากำหนด กระบวนการดำเนินการด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า อาจารย์ผู้สอนมีความรอบรู้ในวิชาที่สอนเป็นอย่างดี สอนบรรลุตามจุดมุ่งหมายที่กำหนดไว้ ใช้เทคนิคและสื่อการสอนได้เหมาะสม มีการสอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ศูนย์วัสดุการศึกษามีการดำเนินการและให้บริการได้อย่างดี สภาพแวดล้อม ห้องเรียนและห้องปฏิบัติการ มีความเหมาะสมมาก ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า นิสิตมีสมรรถนะด้านความเป็นครู จิตวิทยาสำหรับครู นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการบริหารจัดการในห้องเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

                The purpose of this research was to evaluate Bachelor of Education Program in Home Economics Education, Department of Vocational Education, Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University by using CIPP Model. The participants were 43 fifth year pre-service home economics teachers, 5 instructors and 16 employers. The research instruments were the curriculum and teacher competencies from Khurusapha professional standards questionnaire for pre-service home economics teachers, the instructors questionnaire and the satisfaction of employer questionnaire.  The quantitative data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and the qualitative data was analyzed by using content analysis. The research result revealed that the pre-service teachers and the instructors agreed that the goal of curriculum was consistent with the goal of higher education learning outcomes and Khurusapha professional standards. According to the learning management process, the instructors are considerable expertise in their subjects. They showed their teaching abilities by reaching the teaching objectives, using teaching technique and media, promoting morality and ethics, and providing opportunities for students to participate in classroom activities. Moreover, the factors contributing to learning showed that educational material center had well operation and service. There was appropriate classroom and laboratory environment. Finally, the output showed that the pre-service teachers had well competencies in being professional teacher, psychology for teachers, innovation and educational information technology, learning management and classroom management at the high and the highest levels.
