Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) study project-based learning management using ICT as a tool to enhance problem solving thinking skill development and to enhance learners’ key competencies of Mathayomsuksa 6 students in computer subjects 2) study about learning management with the project by using ICT as a tool that enhance learners’ key competencies of Mathayomsuksa 6 Students in computer subjects
The sample used in this study were simple random 33 Mathayomsuksa 6 at Ongkharak School, Ongkharak district, Nakhonnayok, the first semester of 2018 academic year.

The instruments used in this study were 1) eight lesson plans focused on project-based learning management using ICT as a tool to enhance problem solving thinking skill development and to enhance learners’ key competencies 2) the achievement test measuring problem-solving skills during study 50 items 3) pre-test and posttest measuring problem-solving skills during study 30 items 4) 5 key competencies assessment according to the basic education curriculum 2008.

The result of the study indicated that:
      1. The students' achievement on project-based learning management using ICT as a tool to enhance problem solving thinking skill development and to enhance learners’ key competencies taught by eight lesson plans was achieved in high level (gif.latex?\bar{X}=4.23, S.D.=0.58)
      2. Students' problem solving skill result shown project-based learning management using ICT as a tool can improve students' problem solving skill. From practice and test of learning by repeated measurements with a test of thinking skills problem solving for 5 times. The experimental were significantly different at the 0.05 level in each time test. The percentage of development score from pre-school and post-test at the highest level were 76.77.
     3. Important competency assessment of students before and after learning with project-based learning management using ICT as a tool found that before learning management, students have 5 key competencies assessment at a fair level. (gif.latex?\bar{X}=2.50, S.D.=0.54) and after learning management, students have 5 key competencies at a very good level. (gif.latex?\bar{X}=4.20, S.D.=0.43) The highest average performance at the excellent level is the ability to use technology (gif.latex?\bar{X} =4.78, S.D.=0.19)

The students indicated that the majority of the students preferred group work since they were able to help each other, share opinions and learned how to apply ICT to work such as communicating via e-mail, using Facebook, creating graphs, presentations and working via Google sites.
