ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาศักยภาพของครัวเรือนเพื่อการพึ่งตนเองตำบลเคียนซา อำเภอเคียนซา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลฐานการพัฒนา และปัญหาการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครัวเรือนเพื่อการพึ่งตนเอง ตำบลเคียนซา อำเภอเคียนซา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และเพื่อสร้างยุทธศาสตร์            การพัฒนาศักยภาพของครัวเรือนเพื่อการพึ่งตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ หัวหน้าครัวเรือน หรือสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงให้ได้บุคคลที่ให้ข้อมูลได้ดีที่สุด จำนวน 40 ครัวเรือน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสนทนากลุ่ม สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และเทคนิค SWOT Analysis วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครัวเรือนด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ขาดการพัฒนาด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจตกต่ำ ไม่มีเวลาและโอกาสในการที่จะเข้าร่วมรับรู้ข่าวสาร หรือหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการการประกอบอาชีพและหน้าที่ของตนเอง ความเข้าใจในหลักการวิชาการ ๆ การติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้นำและเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการครัวเรือน และทักษะการพัฒนาครัวเรือน โดยการนำความรู้ ความเข้าใจไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้แก่ ขาดทักษะในการนำความรู้ ความเข้าใจมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในครัวเรือน ความสามารถในการคิด ริเริ่ม สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ที่เป็นอาชีพในครัวเรือน ทักษะความสามารถพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ การพูดเพื่อการสื่อสาร การเป็นผู้มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ผลการสร้างยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาศักยภาพของครัวเรือนเพื่อการพึ่งตนเอง ได้ยุทธศาสตร์ 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย ยุทธศาสตร์เชิงรุก ยุทธศาสตร์เชิงแก้ไข ยุทธศาสตร์เชิงป้องกัน และยุทธศาสตร์เชิงวิกฤติ ซึ่งยุทธศาสตร์เชิงรุกได้แก่ พัฒนาครัวเรือนให้มีศักยภาพในการประกอบอาชีพเพื่อการพึ่งตนเอง และพัฒนาครัวเรือนให้มีความรู้ในการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี ยุทธศาสตร์เชิงแก้ไขได้แก่ ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการฝึกอบรมองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการเพื่อการพัฒนาอาชีพในครัวเรือนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านการฝึกอบรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ยุทธศาสตร์เชิงป้องกันได้แก่ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาการประกอบอาชีพของชุมชนกับหน่วยงานของรัฐ สร้างเครือข่ายการออมทรัพย์ของชุมชนภายใต้การควบดูแลของหน่วยงานรัฐ และยุทธศาสตร์เชิงวิกฤต ได้แก่ แผนงานการพัฒนาด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของชุมชน ปลูกจิตสำนึกด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ให้แก่ ผู้นำชุมชน และชุมชนครัวเรือน และแผนการพัฒนาชุมชนเพื่อการพึ่งตนเองโดยการฝึกอบรม และทัศนศึกษาดูงาน
