ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลเอกชนสู่ความเป็นบรรษัทภิบาล

บทคัดย่อ

               วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษายุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาธุรกิจโรงพยาบาลสู่ความเป็นบรรษัทภิบาล  เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพในระดับองค์กร เกี่ยวกับยุทธศาสตร์การจัดการบรรษัทภิบาลในธุรกิจโรงพยาบาลเอกชน โดยได้รับข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารจากภาครัฐ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน นักวิชาการ พนักงานโรงพยาบาล บริษัทคู่สัญญา และมูลนิธิ ที่มีหลากหลายแนวความคิด ประสบการณ์ ความเชื่อที่แตกต่างกัน จำนวน 28 คน ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่ายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาหลักบรรษัทภิบาลโรงพยาบาลเอกชนประกอบด้วย (1) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างค่านิยม วัฒนธรรมองค์กรการจัดการบรรษัทภิบาลที่มุ่งเน้นความปลอดภัยในสุขภาพและชีวิตของผู้รับบริการ  (2) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างเสริมคุณภาพการรักษา คุณภาพบริการ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการรักษาพยาบาล  (3) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถแก่บุคลากรการแพทย์  (4) ยุทธศาสตร์การประสานงานดูแลผู้รับบริการร่วมโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย  (5) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างเครือข่ายการรักษาร่วมภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน (6) ยุทธศาสตร์ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการลงทุน (7) ยุทธศาสตร์สร้างความมีส่วนร่วมในการผลิตบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ (8) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างนวัตกรรมการบริการรูปแบบใหม่.

Abstract

            An objective of the research is to study of strategic development of private hospital to be corporate govenance by qualitative research in organizational level.Information collected by in-dept interview from top management in government sector, government hospital, private hospital, professional, hospital’s staff manager, contractors, and foundation based on varieties of experiences, and beliefe in difference ways from 28 interviewees. The results founded that strategic development of private hospital to related to corporate governance especially  (1) Strategies of mind set in core value, corporate culture in corporate governance focus on patient’s safety  (2) strategies of quality of treatment, quality of service, and participation in treatment process (3) strategy of development on knowledge and capability (4) strategies of coordinating with hospital network (5) strategy of establishing healthcare network between government sector and private business sector (6) strategy of hospital investment participation (7) strategy of participation for producing medical staff  and (8) strategiy of service innovation.
