            บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาทบทวนพื้นฐานความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิด ทฤษฎี งานวิจัยและรูปแบบข้อเสนอของการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงกับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง องค์การในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ 2) เพื่อการเสนอกรอบแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงกับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง องค์การในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อหาองค์ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกรอบแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงกับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง องค์การในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ จากการศึกษาพบว่าการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงและการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีความสำคัญมากสำหรับองค์การทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ท่ามกลางการแข่งขันสูง และองค์การมีความต้องการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจต่างๆ ให้อยู่รอด เจริญเติบโตและดำเนินกิจการต่อไปด้วยความมั่นคงและยั่งยืน เพื่อที่จะนำองค์การไปในทิศทางที่เหมาะสมกับการพัฒนาองค์การในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ให้ยั่งยืนสืบไป

Abstract

          This paper aimed at (1) studying review the basic knowledge about concepts, theories, research. and proposal form of the risk management with change management organization in the age of globalization. (2) The proposed framework the risk management with change management organization in the age of globalization. The study based on review the relevant literature. To basic principles the cognitive framework concept the risk management with change management organization in the age of globalization. The study found were the risk management and change management is very important for government and private sector organizations. Among the highly competitive and demand-driven organization with a mission to survive, growth and perform further business with stability and sustainability. Order to lead the organization in the right direction with the development of a sustainable organization in the era of globalization.
