ความคิดเห็นของชุมชนต่อผลด้านสังคม และวัฒนธรรม จากการจัดการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ ตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ตำบลห้วยเขย่งอำเภอทอง ผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2.) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของชุมชนต่อผลด้านสังคม และวัฒนธรรมจากการจัดการท่องเที่ยวตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียจากการจัดการท่องเที่ยวในตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี358 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอัตราส่วนโควต้า เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1.  การจัดการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม โดยวิธีการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ระหว่างภาครัฐ เอกชน และชุมชนประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการท่องเที่ยว 2) การวางแผนการจัดการท่องเที่ยว 3) การบูรณาการการจัดการท่องเที่ยวและ 4) การประเมินผลการจัดการท่องเที่ยว

                2.  ชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อผลด้านสังคม และวัฒนธรรม จากการจัดการท่องเที่ยวตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ด้านพื้นฐานการดำรงชีวิต ด้านความสัมพันธ์ในชุมชน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของสถาบันในชุมชน ด้านการเรียนรู้ ด้านกลุ่มองค์กรและเครือข่ายชุมชน ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม          ด้านความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract

               The study aims to: 1) consider the statement of tourism management in the area of Tambon Huaikhayeng, Amphor Thongphaphum, Kanchanaburi province, 2) investigate the opinion of community about socio-cultural results by tourism management in the area of Huaikhayeng Subdistrict Thongphaphum District, Kanchanaburi province. The participants were selected by the quota random sampling. The data from individually interviewing and questionnaire were analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviationandcontent analysis.

               The finding revealed that:     

                    1) The tourism management in Tambon Huaikhayeng, Amphor Thongphaphum, Kanchanaburi province is heritage and ecotourism which is the participative management between government, private, and community sectors. The participative management comprises of 4 processes which are 1) the preparation for the tourism management 2) the planning for the tourism management 3) the integration of the tourism management 4) the evaluation of the tourism management.

                     2) The opinion of community about socio-cultural results bytourism management in the area of Huaikhayeng Subdistrict Thongphaphum District, Kanchanaburi province is in moderated level in all factors which compose of basic living, community relation, organizational participation, learning, networking, cultural exchange, safety of life and property.
