Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการคณะบริหารธุรกิจ 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ

            การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ โดยการ ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อกำหนดแนวในการร่างหลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ โดยการสร้างโครงร่างหลักสูตร การประเมินโครงร่างหลักสูตร และ การปรับปรุงโครงร่างหลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ โดยการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีปีที่ 4 สาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต ภาคเรียนที่ 1  ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 29 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน  (3) แบบวัดเจตคติทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ (4) แบบประเมินทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่อิสระ

            ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการ คณะบริหารธุรกิจมีองค์ประกอบสำคัญคือ (ก) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (ข) เจตคติด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ (ค) ทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศ  (2) หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ                       มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญคือ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระ กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผล และ (3) ผลประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พบว่า (3.1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (3.2) เจตคติด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (3.3) ทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were (1) to study the information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration; (2) to develop a curriculum to enhance information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration; and (3) to evaluate the results of trying out the curriculum to enhance information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the  Faculty of Business Administration.

            The research process comprised three steps.  Step 1: A study of the information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration by studying documents and related research and interviewing lecturers in the related fields to determine guidelines for drafting the curriculum.  Steps 2: Development of the curriculum to enhance information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration by constructing the first draft of the curriculum, evaluating the first draft of the curriculum and revising the first draft of the curriculum. Step 3: Evaluation of the developed curriculum to enhance information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration by trying it out with students.  The sample for try-out consisted of 29 fourth year students studying in the first semester of the 2014 academic year in the Business Management Program of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rattana Bundit University, obtained by cluster random sampling. The research instruments comprised (1) learning management plans, (2) a learning achievement test, (3) a scale to assess the student’s attitude toward information technology, and (4) a scale to assess the information literacy skill. The statistics used for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent.

            The research findings were as follows: (1) information technology competencies for students in the Management Science Program of the Faculty of Business Administration consisted of (a) knowledge about information technology; (b) attitude toward information technology; and (c) information literacy skill;  (2) the developed curriculum to enhance information technology competencies consisted of the following components: objectives, contents, instructional activities, and measurement and evaluation; and  (3)as for the try-out results of the curriculum to enhance  information technology competencies, it was found that (3.1) the post-learning achievement scores of the students who learned under the curriculum to enhance information technology competencies were significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart scores at the .01 level; (3.2) the post-learning attitude toward information technology of the students was significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart attitude at the .01 level; and (3.3) the post-learning information literacy skills of the students were significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart skills at the .01 level
