Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับสถานศึกษา โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 สถานศึกษาในสังกัดจำนวน 94 แห่งที่ได้จากวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารได้แก่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มที่ 3 ได้แก่ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 7 คน     

            เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating  scale) 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Interview  Form) 3) การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               1.  สภาพปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาโดยจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 พบว่า ขนาดของสถานศึกษามีผลต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา เนื่องจากสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน จะขาดบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศต่างกัน สถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดใหญ่หรือใหญ่พิเศษจะมีบุคลากรด้านนี้โดยตรง แต่สถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก ยังมีความต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร

               2.  ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 จากการสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง  และผู้ที่มีความรู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร พบว่า สถานศึกษายังมีความต้องการให้การส่งเสริมสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์ สื่อการเรียนการสอน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งขณะนี้มีใช้ครบทุกแห่ง แต่ยังขาดความเสถียรหรือมั่นคงในการใช้งาน หากระบบมีความเสถียรมั่นคงจะสามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนครูสามารถผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอนโดยการนำความรู้ที่ได้มาจากระบบเครือข่ายซึ่งสามารถศึกษาได้ด้วยตนเอง

                    3.  แนวทางการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 จากการสอบถาม       การสัมภาษณ์ และนำประเด็นต่างๆ มาสรุปเพื่อการสนทนากลุ่มในท้ายสุด พบว่า ควรให้การส่งเสริมสนับสนุนใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1.) ด้านวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ (Hardware) 2.) ด้านโปรแกรมและสื่อที่ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน (Software) 3.) ด้านบุคลากร(Peopleware)

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the issue using information and communications technology to education for schools By the sizes of the schools under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) the demand for information and communications technology to education for students in primary and secondary education under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 3) To provide guidelines for promoting the use of information and communications technology to education for students in primary and secondary education under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 2. the samples used in the research is the study of  The first group of students under 94 from stratified random sampling method (Stratified  Random Sampling).
