การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์และทัศนะของชาวบ้านตำบลบางระกำ อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่มีต่อกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของมูลนิธิไทยรัฐ (กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา๔ (ป.ปัญญาฐาปนกิจอุปถัมภ์))

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์และทัศนะของชาวบ้านตำบลบางระกำ อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่มีต่อกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของมูลนิธิไทยรัฐ (กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา ๔ (ป.ปัญญาฐาปนกิจอุปถัมภ์) โดยทำการศึกษาภาพลักษณ์ของมูลนิธิฯในมุมมองของ ชาวบ้านหลังมูลนิธิฯทำประโยชน์ให้กับชุมชนในด้านการศึกษาและกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบของสังคมอื่นๆ ในความต้องการของชาวบ้าน

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีวิทยาการศึกษาปรากฏการณ์วิทยา (Phenomenological research) คือเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม (Non - Participant Observation) และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ ข้อมูลหลัก (Key informant) ได้แก่ ครูประจำและ เจ้าหน้าที่โรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา 4 และชาวบ้านที่มีลูกหลานศึกษาที่โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ จำนวนรวมทั้งหมด 15 คน

               จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า :

              1.   ชาวบ้านตำบลบางระกำ อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม มีการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์กิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมที่ ทางมูลนิธิไทยรัฐเข้ามาช่วยเหลือ ในการสร้างโรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา 4 มูลนิธิเล็งเห็นถึงปัญหาด้าน การศึกษาของเยาวชน ตั้งใจช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาของสังคมและลงมือทำจริง มีการดูแลตรวจสอบ และ ติดตามผลอยู่สม่ำเสมอ ชาวบ้านจึงมีทัศนะที่ดีต่อภาพลักษณ์ของมูลนิธิว่าเป็นองค์กรที่ให้ ความสำคัญกับการศึกษา

               2.  ความพึงพอใจมากต่อมูลนิธิไทยรัฐที่ได้สร้างโรงเรียน พัฒนาและช่วยเหลือด้านงบประมาณให้โรงเรียนอยู่เสมอ เช่น การดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยของนักเรียน อาหารกลางวันฟรี และสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การเรียน หากแต่ยังต้องการให้มูลนิธิเข้ามาช่วยเหลือเรื่องอาคารเรียน เนื่องมาจากหลังคาของอาคารเรียนผุกร่อนเวลา ฝนตกจึงมีน้ำรั่วซึมลงมายังห้องเรียนที่อยู่ด้านล่าง และต้องการให้สร้างรั้วโรงเรียนเพื่อที่จะได้เป็น สัดส่วน ไม่ทำให้เกิดปัญหากับชาวบ้านใกล้เคียง

Abstract

               This research is aimed to study the cognitive and opinion of Bangrakam residents in Banglen district, Nakhonpathom, forward Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of Thairathfoundation (Case study: Thairath wittaya School (Phor. Panyathapanakitooppathum)). By study image of foundation in residents perception after the foundation have provided an education support and others CSR activities in response to the school needs.

               This research is based on Phenomenological methodology, Collective data by Non participant observation and interview 15 key informants included teacher, staff and parents of Thairathwittaya students.

            The finding are as follows:

            1.  Residents of Bangrakam in Banglen district, Nakhonpathom have recognized on Thairath foundation that is the foundation fixed lack of education and juvenile problem. So, they established this school in order to solve the problems and escalate education quality. They are always monitor and follow up all of project. Therefore, residents have great attitude in foundation image.

         2.  Results on perspective of Bangrakam residents toward corporate social responsibility activities of Thairath foundation, they satisfied their effort on established school, developing and support budget support for school activities. For example: The health care of students, A free lunch and support for learning equipment. In the other hand, the school still need the budget to renovate school building from decadent and a fence.
