การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวโดยใช้แนวทางการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวม

Abstract

         อาคารสีเขียว ถือได้ว่าเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมของที่อยู่อาศัย เนื่องจากปัญหาวิกฤตพลังงาน และปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นปัญหาสำคัญสำหรับที่อยู่อาศัย การพัฒนาอาคารสีเขียวจึงถือเป็นผลดีต่อผู้บริโภคในการช่วยประหยัดพลังงานในระยะยาว และช่วยให้เกิดสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี อีกทั้งช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบสามารถสร้างความต่างให้แก่ผลิตภัณฑ์และเกิดความยั่งยืนในองค์กร โดยการพัฒนาอาคารสีเขียวนั้นต้องมีการจัดการกระบวนการทั้งหมด รวมทั้งการจัดการทุกส่วนประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคารสีเขียว ดังนั้นการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวจึงต้องอาศัยแนวทางการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมเพื่อให้เกิด ผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวที่มีคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น บทความนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญคือ 1) เพื่อให้ทราบถึงรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวที่มีคุณภาพ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวโดยใช้แนวทางการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวม สำหรับผู้ประกอบการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาอาคารสีเขียวต่อไป โดยแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียว ที่ใช้แนวทางการจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวมนี้ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนในการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวที่มีคุณภาพ ในขั้นตอนการวางแผนการผลิตประกอบด้วย ประเด็นความต้องการของลูกค้าซึ่งคำนึงถึงปัจจัยด้าน ราคา และคุณภาพเป็นสำคัญเพื่อให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าในผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนประเด็นการควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียว ต้องพิจารณาในด้านการลดความสูญเปล่า และพิจารณาด้านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และประเด็นสุดท้ายเป็นประเด็นการปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์อาคารสีเขียวเพื่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าที่สุดสำหรับลูกค้า เพื่อความสำเร็จในระยะยาวสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ

Therefore, the development of green building products requires total quality management approach to achieve quality green building products. This article was prepared for the objectives 1) to determine the form of green building products quality. 2) To provide guidelines for the development of green building products using a quality management approach that entrepreneur can use these approaches for further development of green building.
