การให้ความหมาย ที่มาของความหมาย และกระบวนการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและ สังคมของนักศึกษาสถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการให้ความหมาย ที่มาของความหมาย และกระบวนการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและสังคมของนักศึกษาสถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีปรากฏการณ์วิทยา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม  ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ นักศึกษาสถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา จำนวน 33 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การให้ความหมายและที่มาของความหมายความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง หมายถึง 1) การมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเอง 2) การทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดีที่สุด 3) การวางแผนการทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย 4) การรักษาสัญญาหรือคำพูดของตนเอง 5) การรักษาระเบียบวินัยของตนเอง 6) การตรงต่อเวลา7) การไม่ทำให้ผู้อื่นเดือดร้อน2. การให้ความหมายและที่มาของความหมายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม หมายถึง 1) การมีระเบียบวินัยโดยการเคารพกฎหมาย 2) การรักษาสาธารณสมบัติ 3) การมีมารยาทโดยคำนึงถึงความรู้สึกและสิทธิของผู้อื่น 4) การคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวมมากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตน3. กระบวนการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองของนักศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเอง 2) การตรงต่อเวลา3) การรักษาสัญญาหรือคำพูดของตนเองที่ได้ให้ไว้กับผู้อื่น 4) การปรับตัวและการบริหารจัดการวางแผนใหม่ 4. กระบวนการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของนักศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย 2) การไม่ทำร้ายผู้อื่น 3) การมีจิตสาธารณะในการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์เพื่อส่วนรวม5. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองของนักศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเอง 2) ด้านการรักษาคำพูดของตนเอง 3) ด้านการปรับตัวและการบริหารจัดการวางแผนใหม่ และ 6. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสังคมของนักศึกษา ได้แก่1) ด้านการไม่เคารพกฎหมาย 2) ด้านการสื่อสารที่ไม่เข้าใจกัน 

Abstract

               The Qualitative research aimed to study the social construction meaning, the sources of meaning and the process of self responsibility and social responsibility behavioral of studentsof  PrincessGalyaniVadhana Institute of Music. The data gathered from 33 studentsof PrincessGalyaniVadhana Institute of Music’s interviews and the interviewer’s observing. The result of the research show that : 1. The social construction meaning and the sources of meaning of self responsibility of studentsof  PrincessGalyaniVadhana Institute of Music were 1) Responsibility for their own businesses 2) Do the best on the work was assigned 3) Planning for work to targets 4) Keeping the promises or keeping the rules 5) Keeping the rule for their working or studying standard  6) Punctuality 7) Do not make a trouble to other. 2) The social construction meaning and the sources of meaningof social responsibility of students of  Princess GalyaniVadhana Institute of Music were 1) Discipline and lawfulness 2) Saving the public Property 3) Keeping the Social etiquette and regarding to the other right 4) Considering of the common rather than personal benefits3. The process of self responsibilitybehavioral ofstudents of Princess GalyaniVadhana Institute of Music was 1) Responsibility for their own business  2) Punctuality 3) Keeping the promises to others 4) Adaptation and set the new plan to support the situation that cannot control 4. The process of social responsibility behavioral ofstudentsof PrincessGalyaniVadhana Institute of Music was 1) Lawfulness 2) Do not harm to others 3) Help the people and sacrificed. 5.The obstacles of behavioral for self responsibility was 1) Lacking of responsibility for their own business 2) Cannot keep their promises 3) Cannot adapt or set new plan when they find the situation that cannot control. And last 6. The obstacles of behavioral for social responsibility was 1) Do not follow the law 2) The communication error.
