ทรัพยากรมนุษย์เป็นทรัพยากรสำคัญที่สามารถทำให้ผลการดำเนินงานขององค์การมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้นผู้จัดงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาทรัยากรมนุษย์ในองค์การ การนำสมรรถนะมาใช้ในการพัฒนาทำให้เห็นช่องว่างที่สามารถพัฒนาพนักงานจากเดิมให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยบทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาถึงความหมายและองค์ประกอบของการจัดแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการ และบทบาทและความสำคัญของการพัฒนาทรัยากรมนุษย์ในองค์การ เพื่อให้ผู้จัดงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการของประเทศไทยมีความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันในด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และได้รับการยอมรับจากประเทศต่างๆว่าผู้จัดงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการของประเทศไทยจัดงานได้อย่างมีมาตรฐานและมีประสิทธิภาพระดับสากล เพื่อนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาทรัยากรมนุษย์ในองค์การการจัดแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการของประเทศไทย

Abstract

            Human resources was a critical component that affect to organization operation effectively. The Professional Exhibition Organizer should focused on human resource development in the organization. The competency used in the of human resources development was increased opportunities to human resources develop in the organization for maximum efficiency. This article aims to study the definition and composition of exhibitions, character, the importance of human resource development in the organization for the Professional Exhibition Organizer created a competitive advantage In human resources and has been recognized the standards and performance internationally and contribute to achievements of the human resources development in the Thailand exhibitions organization.
