การวิจัยด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย : การหลีกเลี่ยงมโนทัศน์ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟายเป็นวิธีการรวบรวมความรู้ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อมุ่งศึกษาและวิเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ที่ยังไม่มีคำตอบแน่ชัด โดยการรวบรวบและกลั่นกรองความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขานั้นๆ ทั้งนี้จะต้องมีการเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ใคร่ครวญความคิดเห็นโดยการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับไปยังกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในรอบถัดไป ทั้งนี้องค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่ได้รับจะเกิดจากการพิจารณามติสอดคล้องโดยเสียงข้างมาก  ลักษณะสำคัญของการวิจัยด้วยวิธีเดลฟาย คือ 1) การไม่เปิดเผยรายชื่อผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อให้นำเสนอเป็นไปอย่างอิสระ ไม่ถูกครอบงำด้วยกระบวนการกลุ่ม 2) การให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับไปยังผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ทบทวนความคิดเห็น และ 3) การวินิจฉัยความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มอย่างเป็นทางการ  นักวิจัยส่วนใหญ่มักตกหลุมพรางในเรื่องจำนวนที่เหมาะสมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญว่าควรมีจำนวนที่แน่นอนและเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ในการพิจารณาความสอดคล้องของเสียงข้างมาก โดยมากมักพิจารณาจากความเห็นที่สอดคล้องกันเกินร้อยละ 60  ซึ่งบทความนี้จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงมโนทัศที่ไม่ถูกต้องจนทำให้ไม่สามารถนำเทคนิคเดลฟายมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างแท้จริง การนำเสนอมุมมองใหม่ในเรื่องจำนวนผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งควรพิจารณาจากบริบทของงานวิจัยนั้นๆและเกณฑ์การพิจารณาความสอดคล้องของเสียงข้างมากในกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งควรพิจารณาจากเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินค่าความคิดเห็น จำนวนและมาตรวัดความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

Abstracts

            Delphi is research methods that blends the knowledge from a group of experts for enplane and analysis the diagnose thing that have no definite answer. It collecting and distilling the knowledge from the experts on that discipline. So that this method let the experts have an opportunity to reconsider fully their opinions by a feedback to them to analyze data on next round. New fact and knowledge become from considering a consensus by the experts. Delphi technique have 3 characters, the first is namely identifying the experts’ name so that their can offer freely opinions, no diagnose from group dynamics. The second, giving the feedback to the experts for revise their opinions to making and the third, the consensus was analyzed form the opinion of the group officially. Many researchers were fall into the trap on determinate number of the expert and criterion of consensus that more than 60 percent. This article is present about researcher should be careful to

misconception and can not to useful really delphi technique method. The criteria in considering a consensus according to the instruments which used in estimating the expert’s opinion, number or experts and measurement level of expert’s opinion.
