องค์ประกอบของการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์จากบริษัทประมูล

Abstract

           การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคต EDFR สำหรับพัฒนาองค์ประกอบของการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์จากบริษัทประมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 17 คน โดยนำผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก (EDFR รอบ1) เป็นแนวโน้มนำไปสร้างแบบสอบถาม (EDFR รอบ2) แล้วนำแนวโน้มจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแต่ละข้อ ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด มาสรุปเป็นเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์จากบริษัทประมูล

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ที่มีความต้องการซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์มือสองจากบริษัทประมูล คิดว่าบุคลากรและ ผู้ร่วมประมูลไม่ส่งผลต่อการซื้อ เพราะผู้ประมูลเป็นผู้ที่ตัดสินใจซื้อ โดยผู้ประมูลต้องการเงินทุนในการซื้อ และเรื่องเอกสารและสัญญาต้องการความถูกต้องครบถ้วน ด้านปัจจัยกระบวนการผู้ประมูลมีความเห็นว่าวิธีการประมูลแบบปัจจุบันโดยการใส่กล่องราคา แต่ต้องการให้กำหนดเวลาในการประมูล เพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการประมูล ด้านปัจจัยผลผลิตผู้ประมูลมีความต้องการตัดสินใจซื้อรถจักรยานยนต์มือสองที่มีเลขไมล์น้อย เพราะการใช้งานของรถจักรยานยนต์น้อยและสภาพดี ด้านการส่งมอบผู้ประมูลต้องการให้มีระบบขนส่งหลังจากได้ทำการประมูลรถจักรยานยนต์มือสองแล้ว และต้องการความรวดเร็วในการออกเอกสารรับรถจักรยานยนต์มือสอง

           The purpose of research is to study decision in choosing second-hand motorcycles from motorcycle auction centres, using EDFR. Researcher interviewed 17 professional persons auctioneers on the topic of “Development for Making Decision in Choosing Second-hand Motorcycles from Auction Company Centre” and used an EDFR questionnaire as a tool.

           The result of this study found that all the auctioneers have the same answers both from the interview and the questionnaire has found that personnel and other auctioneers have no influences in making the decision. The auctioneer himself make his own decision and there is a need of the capital. Also, the documents and contracts  must be completed and correct. For the procedure , the auctioneers have agreed that putting prices a box is already practical. but there should be a time limitation, for the faster and more convenient process. For the product faster, auctioneers desire to get the motorcycles with a lower number of mileage used due to the better condition and little usage. For the shipping system, auctioneers need a transportation from the centers of for the auction is finished and desire to have fast process in releasing documents of each motorcycles.
