การศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

          การวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำแนกตามประเภทการรับเข้าเรียน และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 120 คน ครูประจำชั้นและครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา 24 คน ครูระดับปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษา 26 คน ผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการประจำคณะ17คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสาธิต 4 คนคณะกรรม  การสถานศึกษา 5 คน และผู้ปกครอง 54 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินสมรรถนะสำคัญของผู้เรียนแบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน แบบสอบถามครูและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร ครู และกรรมการสถานศึกษา และประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา มีผลการวิจัยดังนี้

             1. ผลการศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำแนกตามประเภทการรับเข้าเรียน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย นักเรียนกลุ่มที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (ปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษา) และนักเรียนกลุ่มที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทั่วไปพบว่า ผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาประจำภาคการศึกษา 8 สาระวิชาแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นรายวิชาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยประจำภาคการศึกษาในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 สมรรถนะสำคัญ และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

             2. แนวทางการรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร พบว่า โรงเรียนมีแนวทางการรับนักเรียนเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ การรับนักเรียนภายใน และการรับนักเรียนภายนอก คุณภาพการศึกษา คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรที่รับเข้ามาเรียน ควรมีลักษณะที่โดดเด่นแตกต่างจากโรงเรียนสังกัดอื่น โรงเรียนควรพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้งระบบ และควรมีแนวทางการพัฒนาอาจารย์ นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

          A study of educational quality of seventh grade students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university. The research objectives were to: (1) study of educational quality of seventh grade students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university classifying by type from admission and (2) offer guidelines for admission of seventh grade students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university. The samples of the research comprised 120 seventh grade students, 24 homeroom teachers and teachers, 26 preschool teachers and elementary school teachers, 17 administrators and faculty boards, 4 administrators of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university, 5 school boards and 54 parents. Research instruments consisted of a record of achievement form, competencies of learners evaluation form, desirable characteristics evaluation form, questionnaire for teachers and parents, interview form for administrators, teachers and school boards and focus group discussion guideline. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard deviation and content analysis.

           The results were as follows:

             1. The results of study of educational quality of seventh grade students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university classifying by type from admission consisted of the group of students had graduated from the demonstration school, Silpakorn university (preschool and elementary school) and the group of students had graduated from general elementary schools found that the scores from Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) were significantly at .05 level. The achievement of eight subjects for semester had not significantly at .05 level, except the English subject had different significantly at .05 level. The average of achievement for semester in seventh grade students,competencies of learners and desirable characteristics were different significantly at .05 level.

             2. The guidelines for admission the seventh grade students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university found that the school could two classify for admission included the students inside and the external students. The educational quality, the attribute of students of the demonstration school, Silpakorn university should had different from another school. The school should develop learning process and should guideline to develop teachers, students and parents to be concrete.
