การถอดบทเรียนกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น จากกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กโดยชุมชน กรณีศึกษาคลองสองต้นนุ่น

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทเรียนกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น จากกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กโดยชุมชน 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนที่สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1.  บทเรียนกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่นจากกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กโดยชุมชน พบว่า การเรียนรู้ของชุมชนเริ่มจากการเผชิญปัญหาใกล้ตัวกระตุ้นให้ผู้นำชุมชนร่วมกันสรุปบทเรียน แสวงหาความรู้ใหม่สร้างการเรียนรู้ที่แตกต่างจากเดิมโดยเน้นการแก้ปัญหาที่พ่อแม่วัยรุ่นเพียงกลุ่มเดียวเพราะคิดว่าเป็นต้นเหตุของปัญหา เปลี่ยนเป็นสร้างต้นทุนชีวิตเด็ก คือ การสร้างรากฐานของชีวิตในการพัฒนาสติปัญญาและสังคมสำหรับเด็กและวัยรุ่นให้มีศักยภาพในการดำเนินชีวิต ซึ่งการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนครอบคลุมทั้งเด็ก วัยรุ่น พ่อแม่วัยรุ่น ครอบครัว และชุมชน

           2.  ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนที่สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น พบว่า มี 3 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการเรียนของชุมชนที่สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น ได้แก่ (1) ปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุให้เด็กวัยรุ่นกลายเป็นพ่อแม่ (2) ปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน (3)เงื่อนไขที่ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน

           3.  แนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางสังคมสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่น พบว่า การพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับพ่อแม่วัยรุ่นร่วมกับชุมชน ส่งเสริมการสร้างต้นทุนชีวิตเด็ก และพัฒนากลไกการปกป้องคุ้มครองเด็กอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ด้วยการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานรัฐ องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนและชุมชน

           The research objectives were 1) To collecting the lessons learned on the leaning process of communities in building social immunity of teen parents from the quality of childlife development activities by community. 2) To study factors and conditions that affected the learning process of communities in building social immunity for teen parents. And 3) To propose the development approach on community learning process of communities in building social immunity of teen parents.

              The results of the research were as follow;

            1.  To collecting the lessons learned on the leaning process of communities in building social immunity of teen parents from the quality of childlife development activities by community. Found that the learning communities started from situation cannot handle in communities. Community leaders forming group reflection and searching new knowledge to change learning communities in different way. Previously the learning community focus on solved teen-parents only. The Life Assets were founded teen’s life to development intelligence and social for children and teenage to have potential for live. That the communities learning cover for child teenage teen-parent family and communities.

            2.  The factors and conditions that affected the learning process of communities in building social immunity for teen parents. Were 3 factors effected to leaning process of communities in building social immunity of teen parents. Include;(1)Were the factors that cause teens to become teen parents. (2) The factors that contribute to the learning community. (3) And a conditions that causes learning community.

            3.  To propose the development approach on community learning process of communities in building social immunity of teen parents. Were the development of health services for teen-parents with participation communities. The development of Life Assets and develop participatory child protection mechanisms in communities by integration with government agencies and NGO (non organization development).
