คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ

Abstract

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ 2) การพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ และ 3) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ จำนวน 601 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

            1.  คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากคือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านความคิดริเริ่ม และด้านเจตคติที่ดีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการ ตามลำดับ

            2. การพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านมีวินัย อยู่อันดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ด้านซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้ ด้านรักความเป็นไทย ด้านมีจิตสาธารณะ ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง และด้านมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน ตามลำดับ

            3. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในภาพรวมได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ และด้านเจตคติที่ดีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการ ค่าประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายที่ปรับแล้วร้อยละ 25.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

           The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the characteristics of administrators in School for the Deaf under Special Education Bureau, 2) development of desired characteristics of students in School for the Deaf under Special Education Bureau, and 3) the characteristics of administrators affecting development of desired characteristics of students in School for the Deaf under Special Education Bureau. The 601 research samples were the administrators and teachers working for School for the Deaf under Special Education Bureau. The tool for data collection was the 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows:

            1. The characteristics of administrators in school for the deaf under special education bureau were overall at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect with the highest level was possession of vision, and the aspect with the high level were leadership, creative thinking, and good attitude toward organizing education for the disabled, respectively.

            2. The development of desired characteristics of students in school for the deaf under special education bureau was overall and each aspect at the highest level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was self-discipline, followed by love of nation, religion and monarchy, honesty and integrity, avidity for learning, cherishing Thai nationalism, public-mindedness, applying principles of sufficiency economy philosophy in one’s way of life, and dedication and commitment to work, respectively

            3. The characteristics of administrators affecting development of desired characteristics of students overview including of leadership, and good attitude toward organizing education for the disabled. The adjusted predictive efficiency was 25.20 with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
