ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพปัตตานี

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพปัตตานี

               กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพที่เรียนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพปัตตานี จำนวน 100 คน ครูผู้สอนวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพปัตตานี จำนวน 10 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 16 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถาม สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการการใช้เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตของนักศึกษา วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ (2) แบบสอบถามสำหรับเทคนิคเดลฟาย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพแบบจำลอง สถิติที่ใช้สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยควอไทล์

               ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ลักษณะการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ใช้เพื่อติดตามข้อมูลทางการเรียนการสอนและใช้เป็นแหล่งสืบค้นสารสนเทศ โดยใช้ค่อนข้างบ่อยถึงเป็นประจำ ด้านปัญหาในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มาจากตัวผู้ใช้ไม่มีความชำนาญในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวิธีการเรียนการสอนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มาจากระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายที่เข้าใจยาก โดยเห็นว่าความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ควรมีองค์ประกอบเป็นเว็บเพจแนะนำ และควรมีระยะเวลาการเข้าศึกษาในระบบแต่ละครั้ง 31-60 นาที เนื่องจากเป็นการกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตื่นตัวในการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร ในด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า ขั้นการนำเสนอเนื้อหามีความจำเป็นสำหรับการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด  2) ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อแบบจำลองระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ พบว่า มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกประเด็น โดยมีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้  (1) องค์ประกอบของปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ได้แก่ หลักสูตร เนื้อหาวิชา สภาพแวดล้อม การเตรียมความพร้อมของสถานศึกษา บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้สอนและผู้เรียนสื่อการสอนและเทคโนโลยี และเงื่อนไขการเรียนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์  (2) องค์ประกอบของกระบวนการ (Process) ได้แก่ การผลิตบทเรียนสำหรับการเรียนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การพัฒนาสื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับการเรียนการสอน การนำเสนอบทเรียนและกิจกรรมบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การเรียนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (3) องค์ประกอบของผลลัพธ์ (Output) ได้แก่ แนวทางการประเมิน และเกณฑ์การประเมิน (4) ขั้นตอนการเรียนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ได้แก่ ขั้นปฐมนิเทศ  ขั้นทดสอบก่อนเรียน  ขั้นตอนการสอน   ขั้นสรุป และขั้นประเมินผล 3) ผลการรับรองแบบจำลองระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่องานอาชีพ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินคุณภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในขั้นดีมาก

             The objectives of this research were to Development of a Social Media-Based Instructional System in the Computer for Careers Course for Vocational Certificate Program Students of Pattani Industrial and Community Education College.

            The research sample consisted of 100 Careers for Pattani and Community Education Collage, 10 teachers for Pattani and Community Education Collage, 16 specialists on educational technology and communications, and 3 experts.The employed research instruments were a The problem in using the Internet questionnaire,  a questionnaire for the Delphi Technique, and a model assessment form. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, and inter-quartile range.

               Research findings showed that 1) The use of the Social Media to track information on teaching. And serve as a source of information retrieval. Quite often used by the routine. The problem in using the Social Media by the user is not proficient in the English language. The problem with the method of teaching through the Social Media  from the learning network elusive. The opinion that the introduction to computers should be introduced as a Web page elements and should have a duration of 31-60 minutes in each. It encourages awareness of open information. In the process of teaching the majority opinion said. The presentation there is a need for teaching the most. 2) The opinion of an expert group on the system model of teaching through the medium of social computing to work. Found that the demand is at the highest level all the issues with the following elements. (1) The composition of inputs course subjects, include the preparation of environmental education, Related persons, preparation of teachers and learners, teaching and technology and learning through social media. (2) The elements of the process includes the production lessons for learning through social media, the development of social media for teaching, offering lessons and activities on social media And learning through social media. (3) The composition of the output include the assessment. And evaluation criteria (4) The process of learning through social media, including the orientation of the pretest.
