การเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์

Abstract

           การเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เป็นงานสำคัญของครูที่แสดงถึงการทำงานอย่างมีระบบในการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างมีคุณภาพ จากการสำรวจอย่างไม่เป็นทางการ พบว่า นักศึกษาครูวิชาเอกวิทยาศาสตร์และครูวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวนมาก มีปัญหาในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของตนเอง มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู การพัฒนาวิทยฐานะของครูและระบบการประกันคุณภาพของโรงเรียน วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาคือการเปิดโอกาสหรือสนับสนุนให้ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ได้ทบทวนความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในประเด็นสำคัญ  2 เรื่อง คือ การเขียนรายละเอียดขององค์ประกอบด้านจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ และสาระสำคัญให้สอดคล้องและครอบคลุมกัน และด้านการออกแบบกิจกรรม การเรียนรู้ให้ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนของวิธีสอนที่เหมาะสมกับธรรมชาติของเนื้อหาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ และได้ฝึกเขียนบ่อยครั้งจะทำให้ครูวิทยาศาสตร์สามารถพัฒนาความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของตนเองได้  และนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อประโยชน์ของนักเรียน การพัฒนาวิทยฐานะทางวิชาการของครู และการประกันคุณภาพของโรงเรียน

           Lesson plans writing is teacher’s important work that reveal working systematically in planning quality instruction.  From informal survey, it was found that many science teacher students and science teachers had problem in self lesson plans writing. These had effects to quality instruction, academic standing development of teacher, and quality insurance of school.  A way to solve this problem is to give chance or support science teachers to review their knowledge understanding about principle of lesson plans writing in 2 important issues which are writing detail of component of learning objective and important content to be consistent with each other and to cover each other, and designing learning activities correctly according to step of teaching method that appropriate with nature of science subject content.  Practicing more often will cause science teachers can develop ability in self lesson plan writing and to apply in development of quality instruction for benefit of students, development of academic standing of teachers, and quality insurance of school.
