ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุลกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) ระดับการการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุลกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 93 คนได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 248 คนได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการควบคุมองค์การให้สมดุลกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

          The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of strategic leadership of the organization to control balance of basic education school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, 2) the level of conflict management of basic education school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, and 3) the relationship between strategic leadership of the organization to control balance and the conflict management of basic education school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The samples of 341 administrators and teachers from schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 were stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5 rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

           The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall of strategic leadership of the organization to control balance of basic education school administrators was in high level, 2) the overall of conflict management of basic education school administrators was in medium level, and 3) there was a relationship between strategic leadership of the organization to control balance and the conflict management of basic education school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office4 at .01 level of significance.
