การมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา มหาวิทยากรุงเทพธนบุรี

Abstract

          การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาอุปสรรคในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี จำแนกตามบุคลากรทางการศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี  ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 255 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และ การวิเคราะห์หาความแตกต่างของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง Independent t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( ̅x= 3.53 , S.D.=0.82) ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่พบจากการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( ̅x= 3.56 , S.D.=0.71) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาอุปสรรคจากการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา พบว่า ปัญหาอุปสรรคการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาบุคลากรสายวิชาการแตกต่างกับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

          The purpose of this research was to study the participation and compare the level of problem obstacle in Educational Quality Assurance. The team had been segregated for the purpose of this research by Educational  Personnel Bangkok Thonburi University. The research was Conducted using a descriptive research design. Samples of this study consisted of 255 people in the academic year 2016. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The reliability of this questionnaire was 0.95. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Independent t-test. The findings are as follows : The participation level in overall among Educational Quality Assurance Operation of personnel was at a high level ( ̅x= 3.53 , S.D.=0.82) The problems and obstacles in overall and in each dimension among Educational Quality Assurance of personnel were at a high level ( ̅x= 3.56 , S.D.=0.71) The comparison to the quality assurance problem and obstacles the academic personnel opinions level were higher than supporting personnel at the statistically significant level 0.05.
