การประเมินโครงการการแข่งขันการละเล่นพื้นบ้านและกีฬาไทย

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินโครงการการแข่งขันการละเล่นพื้นบ้านและกีฬาไทย โดยประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ใน 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม (Context) 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (Input) 3) ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) และ 4) ด้านผลผลิต (Product) กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย จำนวน 309 คน แบ่งออกเป็น คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน จำนวน 34 คน และผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 275 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามจำนวน 2 ชุด ชุดที่ 1 สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.90 และชุดที่ 2 สำหรับคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

             1. ผลการประเมินตามรูปแบบซิปป์ (CIPP Model)

                 1.1  ด้านสภาวะแวดล้อม พบว่า ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.26 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน แสดงให้เห็นว่าคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานมีความคิดเห็นว่าโครงการมีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการวัตถุประสงค์เป้าหมายของโครงการ และความต้องการของคณะกรรม         การดำเนินงาน

                 1.2  ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น พบว่า ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.23และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.57 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

                 1.3  ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.35 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.62 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

                 1.4 ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.53 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.44 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

             2.  ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.45 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน

        This research aims to evaluate competing projects of folk activity and Thai folk sports. By applying the CIPP model to evaluate in four areas: 1) the environment (Context) 2) input 3) process and 4) the product. The total number of 309 people by researchers studying provides information on research into 2 groups first is 34 the commission of projects and 275 the participants. The tools used the research questionnaires second series is set for one participant. The whole issue of confidence 0.90 and the second set for the operation confidence was 0.97. The data was analysis by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis. The results were as follows:

             1.  Assessment based on the model CIPP (CIPP Model).

                 1.1  The environmental (Context) assessment was found that high level of average 4.26 and Standard Deviation 0.52 through evaluation criteria. Shows that the commission thinking the project was consistent with the principles, purpose, goal, rationale, and the needs of the project.

                 1.2  Input showed that results in a high level of average 4.23 and Standard Deviation 0.57 through evaluation criteria.

                 1.3  The process was found that results in a high level of average 4.35 and Standard Deviation 0.62 through evaluation criteria.

                 1.4 Output showed that results in the highest level of average 4.53 and Standard Deviation 0.44 through evaluation criteria.

             2.  Assessment of the satisfaction of the participants showed that was highest level of average 4.57 and Standard Deviation 0.45 through evaluation criteria.
