รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และเพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัย โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และการศึกษาโรงเรียนดีเด่น ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบสมมุติฐานของการวิจัย ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอน

            ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 900 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์

แบบเพียร์สัน และใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างรูปแบบเชิงสมมุติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

             ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยจิตจริยธรรม ปัจจัยทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู ปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การ และปัจจัยความผูกพันต่อองค์การ 2) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีอิทธิพลรวมต่อสมรรถนะครูมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยจิตจริยธรรม ปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การ ปัจจัยความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และปัจจัยทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู ร่วมกันอภิปรายสมรรถนะครูได้ร้อยละ 81

             The objectives of this research were to develop model and validate concordance a linear structural relationship of the factors that affect the teachers’ performance under the Office of Primary Education in the Northeast. Developed with empirical data, and analyzed the direct effect, indirect effect and combined influence of the factors that affect the teachers’ performance under the Office of Primary Education in the Northeast. The research methodology divided into two phases: Phase 1 Conceptual framework of the research by analyzing the documents and related research, expert interviews and outstanding school education. Phase 2 Checking the hypothesis of the research, the data was collected using a questionnaire rating scale. The sample consisted of 900 basic education school teachers in the Office of Primary Education in the Northeast in 2014, acquired by multi-stage random sampling. Data were analyzed by using a computer program to determine the frequency, percentage, the standard deviation, correlation coefficient, Pearson product moment correlation and using program computer confirmatory factor analyses to verify the consistency between the model and the hypothesis with empirical data.

           The findings were as follows: 1) The structural equation model of factors affecting Teachers’ competencies under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the Northeast comprised 5 factors: personal, characteristic, attitude, organizational climate and organizational commit 2) The developed model has a goodness-of-fit with the empirical data. The factors of personal has the highest total influence on Teachers’ competencies, followed by characteristic, organizational climate, organizational commit and attitude respectively. The factors affecting Teachers’ competencies could jointly explain Teachers’ competencies as high as 81% of a certainty
