ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) ระดับคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ  3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 171 คน  ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.963 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่  ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหูคูณแบบขั้นตอน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

              1. ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวม  อยู่ในระดับมาก  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายปัจจัย พบว่า ทุกปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยสุขอนามัยในการปฏิบัติงาน

              2. ระดับคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความสามารถในการประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ  ด้านการมีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน  และด้านความสามารถในการเลือกเนื้อหา ตามลำดับ

              3. ปัจจัยการจูงใจและปัจจัยสุขอนามัยส่งผลทางบวกกับคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี  สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และสามารถนำผลการวิเคราะห์มาใช้พยากรณ์ในรูปแบบของสมการการถดถอยในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ดังนี้ สมการการถดถอยในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = C + ß₁ (X₁) + ß₂ (X₂) สมการการถดถอยในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z =   ß₁ (X₁ ) + ß₂ ( X₂)

         The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of factors affecting performance quality of teachers  in the 21st Century 2) the level of performance quality of teachers  in the 21st Century, and 3) factors affecting performance quality of teachers  in the 21st Century of college in Phetchaburi Province, Vocational Education Commission. The samples were 171 teachers in college in Phetchaburi Province, Vocational Education Commission. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability at 0.963. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis.

           The research of the results were as follows:

               1. Level of factors affecting performance quality of teachers  in the 21st Century of college in Phetchaburi Province, Vocational Education Commission were at a high level as a whole. When considering each factor, it was found that the motivational factor was at highest mean level, and followed by hygienic factor. 

               2. Level of performance quality of teachers  in the 21st Century of college in Phetchaburi Province, Vocational Education Commission were at a high level as a whole. When considering each aspect, it was found that the skill in evaluation aspect was at highest mean level, followed by working experience aspect, and followed by skill in considering contents for teaching.

               3. Motivational factor and  hygienic factor with performance quality of teachers  in 21st century in Phetchaburi province. Under the Office of Vocational Education Commission with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. The results of the analysis can be used to forecast in the form of regression equations in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows: Y = C + ß1 (X1) + ß2 (X2). Regression equation in standard score Z = ß1 (X1) + ß2 (X2)
