ความคิดเห็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อคุณภาพบัณฑิตคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี

Abstract

                การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อคุณภาพของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ใน 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 2) ด้านความรู้ 3) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา 4) ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ และ 5) ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 2. เพื่อนำความคิดเห็น ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อคุณภาพของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ไปปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรบัญชีบัณฑิต คณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น นายจ้าง ผู้ประกอบการ หัวหน้า เจ้าของกิจการ จำนวน 250 คน อาจารย์คณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี จำนวน 22 คน และบัณฑิตจากคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี จำนวน 500 คน รวมทั้งหมด 772 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามตามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และได้รับแบบสอบถามตอบกลับ จำนวน 255 คน แยกเป็นอาจารย์ จำนวน 22 คน บัณฑิต จำนวน 120 คน และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัณฑิต จำนวน 113 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม (questionnaire) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) สถิติหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)

               ผลการวิจัย โดยภาพรวม 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อคุณภาพบัณฑิตคณะบัญชีมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรีภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงตามค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความรู้และด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ตามลำดับ 2. ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรบัญชีบัณฑิต

               ได้แก่ ควรเพิ่มทักษะในนักศึกษาในด้านภาษาอังกฤษและคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี ควรปรับบัญชีขั้นต้น เป็นบัญชีขั้นต้น 1 และบัญชีขั้นต้น 2 ควรพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาระหว่างประเทศของวิชาชีพบัญชีให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยยึดตามสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี  ควรเน้นการปฏิบัติให้บัณฑิตที่จะสามารถนำความรู้ที่เรียนมามาปฏิบัติงานได้มากกว่าทฤษฎี พัฒนาในด้านทักษะและหลักปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดทำบัญชีได้ พัฒนาทักษะของนักบัญชี เช่น ความละเอียดรอบคอบ การลงบัญชีเกี่ยวกับภาษีที่ถูกต้อง เป็นต้น ควรนำหลักคุณธรรม จริยธรรมมาผสมผสานกับการเรียนบัญชี ความละเอียดรอบคอบ

                This research objective for 1. To study the opinions of those involved about quality of post graduates from the accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University in 5 aspects: 1) Morality and Ethics aspects 2) Knowledge aspects 3) Cognitive skills aspects 4) Interpersonal skills and responsibility aspects 5) Numerical analysis skills, communication skills and information technology skills 2. To bring comments, needs and suggestions of those involved about quality of post graduates from the accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University into improvement and development Bachelor of Accountancy Program, accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University. Sample of research are graduate user or involved person for example, employers, entrepreneurs, supervisor, business owners 250 people and professor of  accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University 22 people and graduate students from accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University 500 people and total of 772 people. Researcher sent questionnaire to the sample and response 255 people. There are 22 professors, 120 graduates students and 113 graduate user. Collected dato by questionnaire and data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 

                Overall results, 1 Overall opinions of those involved about quality of post graduates from the accounting faculty Bangkok Thonburi University is high level when consider each aspect they found that they were at the high level, ranked by mean see also morality and Ethics aspects, Numerical analysis skills, communication skills and information technology skills aspects, Interpersonal skills and responsibility aspects, Knowledge aspects and Cognitive skills aspects, respectively.  2. Needs and suggestions of those involved in improvement Bachelor of Accountancy Program include: enhance student with english and computer skills. Especially accounting software should adjust the primary account into primary account 1 and primary account 2 and should development curriculum accordance with international education standards of accounting profession and agree with the changes, based on the Federation of Accounting Professions. It should be emphasized that the graduates will be able to bring their knowledge into practice more than theory. Development in skills and principle practices to gain expertise in accounting. Improve accountant skills such as thoroughness, accounting for taxes is correct. Morality Ethics should be incorporated into account study and thoroughness.
