การพัฒนาชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำสำหรับนักเรียนนอกระบบโรงเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

Abstract

           การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนอบรมและหลังการอบรมของผู้เข้ารับอบรมที่ใช้ชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับอบรมที่มีต่อชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตพญาไทกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 35 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่มและแบบแผนการวิจัยที่เลือกใช้ คือ แบบหนึ่งกลุ่มทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดการฝึกอบรม 2) แบบฝึกหัดทบทวน3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรม และ 4) แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อชุดการฝึก อบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

            1) ชุดการฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นนั้นประกอบด้วยหน่วยการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 4 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ได้แก่ 1. การจัดพิมพ์ส่วนหน้าปก 2. การจัดพิมพ์ส่วนสารบัญ 3. การจัดพิมพ์ส่วนเนื้อหา และ 4. การจัดพิมพ์ส่วนอ้างอิงและบรรณานุกรม ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม พบว่า ชุดการฝึกอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.79/81.11 ซึ่งมีค่ามากกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80

             2) ผู้เข้ารับอบรมที่ใช้ชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำนั้นมีผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และมีร้อยละความก้าวหน้าของผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการอบรมเท่ากับ 27.07

             3) ผู้เข้ารับอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการใช้งานโปรแกรมประมวลผลคำอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.48 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.54 

            This developmental research aimed to 1) develop a training package entitled the application of word processor for the efficiency criteria 80/80, 2) compare the training achievement scores of the participants before and after using the training package entitled the application of word processor, and 3) investigate participant’s attitudes toward the training package entitled the application of word processor. Sampling group, selected by the cluster random sampling method, were 35 high school students from Phaya Thai district non-formal and informal education, Bangkok. This study applied by a one group pretest and posttest design. Instruments for this research included; 1) the training package, 2) the supplementary test, 3) the learning achievement test, and 4) the assessment of participant’s attitudes toward the developed training package. Data were analyzed using statistic value of percentage, mean, and standard deviation while the hypothesis was examined by paired simple t-test. The findings revealed as follow:

              1) The training package that was developed, consisted of 4 units; 1. Front cover publishing, 2. Index publishing, 3. Content publishing, and 4. Citation and Bibliography publishing. The efficiency of the training package was 81.79/81.11 that met with the aforementioned 80/80 criteria.

              2) The learning achievement of the participants were significantly different after they were taught through the developed training package at the 0.01 level, and has had the percentage of progression after studying through the training package was 27.07.

              3) The mean of participant’s satisfaction toward studying through the training package on the application of word processor was 4.48, and the standard deviation was 0.54. The overall image of participants’ satisfaction was at a “Good” level.
