การประเมินคุณภาพวิทยานิพนธ์เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา

Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพวิทยานิพนธ์เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา ระหว่างปี 2546-2558 จำนวน 118 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัย จำนวน 1 ฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ผลการประเมินคุณภาพวิทยานิพนธ์ พบว่า วิทยานิพนธ์ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ74.60)
2. คุณภาพวิทยานิพนธ์เมื่อพิจารณาจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M=3.81, SD = 0.49) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการสรุปอภิปรายผลและข้อเสนอแนะ (M=3.13, SD = 0.45) ด้านวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย (M= 2.63, SD = 0.44) ด้านเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง (M= 2.43, SD = 0.22) ด้านความเป็นมาและความสำคัญของปัญหาวิจัย (M= 2.21, SD = 0.28) และด้านการนำเสนอรายงานวิจัย (M= 2.16, SD = 0.27) ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this research was to evaluate the theses quality on the enhance of elementary students' creative thinking. The 118 graduate theses produced in 2003-2015 were subjects of this study. The research instrument was a research quality evaluation form. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of research were as follows:
1. The result of evaluate the theses quality was found that most theses were of good quality (74.60%).
2. The theses quality when categorized in each aspect, the aspect which had the highest scores of data analysis results (M=3.81, SD = 0.49) followed by the summary ofdiscussions and recommendations (M=3.13, SD = 0.45), the research methodology (M= 2.63, SD = 0.44), the documents and related research (M= 2.43, SD = 0.22), the backgroundand importance of the research problem (M= 2.21, SD = 0.28) and the presentation of research (M= 2.16, SD = 0.27), respectively.
