กลวิธีการสร้างสรรค์ความตลกในรายการโทรทัศน์ไทย (The Strategies Of Creating Humor In Thai Television Programs)

บทคัดย่อ

               This article is part of the dissertation of Doctor of Philosophy Program in Thai Dance, Department of Dance, Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University. The purpose of this research was to study the strategies of creating jokes in Thai television programs, through non-fiction program, such as news and entertaining documentary, and through the light entertainment program, such as contest and talk show, which were broadcasted only in 2017. The researcher studied 8 television programs, 5 episodes for each program. The results show that creation of humor is found most in news  through satirical techniques; by that the humor is included in the newsreader's way of delivering news. Regarding entertaining documentary contest and talk show categories, the humor is created through verbal comedy the most. Nevertheless, various types of television programs that bring  comedy into part of their elements might aim to reflect personal attitudes and views on the subject, and, most importantly, to drive the show to be interesting. Moreover, to meet the taste of Thai people who favor fun and joyfulness, and to reduce the level of serious content. is the most important purpose. They also liked to reduce the level of what is really serious. It can be said that humor is an important aspect of the Thai people.
