ผู้นิพนธ์จำเป็นต้อง ลงทะเบียน (Register) เป็นสมาชิกของวารสารก่อนจึงจะสามารถส่งบทความได้ หรือหากท่านมีบัญชีผู้ใช้งานอยู่แล้ว สามารถ เข้าสู่ระบบ (Login) เพื่อเริ่มต้น กระบวนการส่งบทความ 5 ขั้นตอน ได้ทันที
