ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ปีงบประมาณ 2566

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนรวม ต้นทุนต่อหน่วย และต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรม ในมุมมองของผู้ให้บริการ (provider prospective) โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ปีงบประมาณ 2566 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรมกับอัตราค่าบริการสาธารณสุขของกรมบัญชีกลาง พ.ศ. 2559โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้นทุนและข้อมูลบริการทันตกรรมปีงบประมาณ 2566 แบบย้อนหลัง
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ต้นทุนรวมในการให้บริการทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี เท่ากับ 15,277,063.27 บาท โดยสัดส่วนของต้นทุนค่าแรง ค่าวัสดุ และค่าลงทุน เท่ากับร้อยละ 82.56, 8.09 และ 9.35 ตามลำดับ ต้นทุนต่อหน่วย เท่ากับ 849.01 บาท สำหรับต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการทันตกรรม พบว่า บริการทันตกรรมประเภททันตกรรมประดิษฐ์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยสูงที่สุด ในขณะที่บริการทันตรังสีมีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยต่ำที่สุด เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนต่อหน่วยรายบริการกับอัตราค่าบริการสาธารณสุขของกรมบัญชีกลาง พ.ศ. 2559 พบว่า บริการทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานีมีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยสูงกว่าเกือบทุกรายการ อย่างไรก็ตาม การศึกษานี้อาจมีข้อจำกัดบางประการ เช่น การศึกษานี้ดำเนินการในช่วงที่มีการระบาดของโรคโคโรนาไวรัส 2019 ระบาด และมีการปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศของกลุ่มงานทันตกรรม ซึ่งทำให้ไม่สามารถให้บริการทันตกรรมเต็มรูปแบบได้ ซึ่งอาจเป็นสาเหตุทำให้ข้อมูลต้นทุนในการศึกษาครั้งนี้อาจสูงกว่าการให้บริการทันตกรรมในภาวะปกติ ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องมีการศึกษาเพื่อเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลต่อไป
