บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของอายุ การวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ ความเครียด และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรสต่อความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด ในมารดาที่ฝากครรภ์ไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กล่มุ ตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดท่ฝี ากครรภ์ไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์ จำนวน 134 ราย ที่มาคลอดบุตรที่โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 65.7 มีคะแนนความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกก่อนจำหน่ายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อายุ การวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ ความเครียด และสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรสสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด ในมารดาที่ฝากครรภ์ไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์ ได้ร้อยละ 28 (Nagelkerke R2 = .280) ซึ่งอายุและความเครียดสามารถทำนายความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด ในมารดาที่ฝากครรภ์ไม่ครบตามเกณฑได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p < .01 โดยมารดาที่อายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปีจะมีความรักใครผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกลดลงเป็น 4.19 เท่าของมารดาที่อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป และมารดาที่มีความเครียดจะมีความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกลดลงเป็น 3.81 เท่าของมารดาที่ไม่มีความเครียด (OR = 4.19; 95%CI [1.57, 11.17] และ OR = 3.81; 95%CI [1.67, 8.67] ตามลำดับ)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: อายุและความเครียดมีอิทธิพลต่อความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรส่งเสริมความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในมารดาหลังคลอดที่ฝากครรภ์ไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์ โดยเฉพาะมารดาหลังคลอดที่อายุน้อยและมีความเครียดสูง
