บทคัดย่อ
รายงานนี้นำเสนอผู้ป่วย 1 ราย ที่พบว่ามีการเคลื่อนที่ของลูกปืนภายในช่องไขสันหลัง ซึ่งได้รับการผ่าตัดเอาลูกปืนออกโดยอาศัยสาย Foley’s catheter ช่วย ซึ่งพบว่าเป็นวิธีที่ปลอดภัย ไม่พบการบาดเจ็บของเส้นประสาทเพิ่ม และใช้อุปกรณ์ที่หาได้ง่ายในห้องผ่าตัด การผ่าตัดวิธีนี้อาจเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งสำหรับการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มีลูกปืนค้างในช่องไขสันหลัง
