บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : ผนังกระเพาะอาหารทะลุในทารกแรกเกิด เป็นภาวะที่พบได้น้อยมาก แต่มีอัตราการเสียชีวิตสูง มักพบในทารก เกิดก่อนกำหนด โดยยังไม่ทราบสาเหตุที่แน่ชัด
กรณีศึกษา : ทารกแรกเกิดน้ำหนักน้อยมากมีอาการท้องอืด วินิจฉัยเป็นผนังกระเพาะอาหารทะลุและมีลมในช่องท้อง และได้รับผ่าตัดและวางสายให้นมทางหน้าท้อง
สรุป : การได้รับการวินิจฉัยอย่างรวดเร็ว และได้รับการรักษาอย่างทันท่วงที อาจทำให้พยากรณ์โรคดีขึ้นได้
